During Covid I did nothing but read and stream. I had everything delivered I walked my dog for 30 minutes and otherwise I was sitting on my bed. This was very harmful to my health! Here is my first experience with Craig Harris. When I walked into this office, I could not lift my arm, not even an inch. I was in screaming pain and the slightest movement raised the pain level thru the roof. After 15 minutes of very gentle and soothing therapy work, my arm was moving 30% more than when I walked in. That alone is a miracle to me. By the second session I was at 55% more movement and nearly pain-free. After the third session, I had full use of my arm and the pain was gone. My second experience was equally as successful. I have bursitis in my hips and the right hip was acting up so much I could barely walk. Within two sessions I was walking normal and pain-free. As you know, I had a torn rotator cuff, which left unattended, unfortunately led to my having a "frozen shoulder". I am pretty healthy and don't typically do therapy of any kind. However, I am getting older, and I have been obsessively building a rock wall terrace on my [steep] back hill. I feel great when working and moving, but lately I have had pain in my knee that has not gone away, and it began keeping me up at night. My wife and son had been in to see Craig and were very impressed with the results. I had been thinking about coming in to see him for months...and...I just lived with the pain. I recently had a session with Craig Harris of Harris Bodyworks. I have to say that my body has never felt this good for this long! For many years, I have had chronic low back pain, right hip pain and instability (my hip gets wobbly after sitting too long), and right shoulder pain often leading to headaches when particularly stressed. The Hendrickson Method he uses is incredibly gentle and powerful. He provided a lot of education during the session, to explain where the pain comes from and showed me exercises I can do on my own to build strength and stability that prevents pain. in short, LIFE CHANGING! i came to craig a few months ago for chronic sciatic pain that had spread down my leg. i'd been to 3 physical therapists, a chiropractor and various bodyworkers. x-rays showed twisted disks, probably from snowboarding, as well as some disk degeneration. after only 4 sessions i can say -- no one, NO ONE, has been nearly as helpful! i was so exhausted from the chronic pain and the disappointment of trying so many things that i was pretty skeptical. after 2 treatments i was 50% better and after 4 treatments i'd say 75% better. that's where i am now -- with a 75% reduction in pain in 4 treatments -- and i believe there will be continued improvement. craig's 30 years of experience are apparent when he works on you. i came to him scared and in pain, honestly afraid for someone to touch me. he does the work so calmly and gradually, you can't help but be comforted and confident in the experience. that said, i feel his bedside manner is just as skillful. i had some longtime personal trauma narratives associated with my physical pain. he said it was not unusual to 'cry on the table' as the physical holding loosens some psychological grip. they say 'healing needs a witness' and he has been a truly valuable witness to my pain. he is a deeply aware listener and when i told him some of my story i felt i was truly able to release some of it too. as my physical pain was released, so was some of my age old story. i've been to all sorts of therapist and healers and the experience with him was profound. craig is not just skillful in a practical anatomical way. i think he's just an all-around, genuine healer. read more

I had been intensively searching for at least nine years to find someone who could not only treat but tell me what was wrong with my 'frozen' foot and what caused the incredible intermittent pain I had around the arch of the foot I had tried all the medical specialists with no success. After giving birth to my first child this spring my body was an absolute wreck.
