I also appreciated that they used doTERRA essential oils--it was a nice touch and felt like a quality addition. I was a little hesitant to book because I had seen a few negative reviews beforehand, but my experience was completely different. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better than when I arrived. Rose was professional, attentive, and provided excellent service. I would happily come back again and would definitely recommend Massage Cove, especially if you book with Rose. The only feedback I would offer is more of a suggestion than a complaint. As someone who is sensitive to fragrances, I think using unscented laundry detergent for the linens and an unscented massage lotion by default (with the option to add essential oils, as they already do) could make the experience even more comfortable for guests with scent sensitivities. Our masseuses, A.A. and Sandy are incredible. We've requested them for our visits.
