Since I was in dire need of a massage, I decided to drop by here. Orawan (Irene), the owner was at the front desk and incredibly sweet and polite. She has been in this location for about a year and a half, so pretty recently. Since I was a walk-in, the only Masseuse that was available was Hannah and I was hoping it would turn out great. And boy did it! Hannah was incredible!! So sweet and lovely as well! She went into all the deep nooks and crannies of all my pain and best part was that she didn't rush my massage. She really took her time to address all my issues. And I have a lot of areas that need to be addressed because of my surgeries! I will say it was not completely relaxing all the time because I have a lot of trigger points. But walking out, my body felt refreshed and recharged. So if you want someone who will really address all your areas that need extra help, ask for Hannah and you will not be disappointed! read more

There was plenty of parking in front & back, entering the business you enjoy great relaxing aroma smells of relaxing fragrances. The environment was spacious, very clean, inviting & relaxing - TRANQUIL! 100% The owner & staff greeted us as we entered, checked us in, provided us a glass of champagne and shortly escorted us to our private massage heated beds. I came here for the first time after reading all the great Yelp reviews--most of them mentioned someone named Beth, so when I showed up for my evening appointment and saw that Irene would be my massage therapist, I had a brief moment of "oh no, did I miss out?" But absolutely not--Irene was unbelievable. I did the Thai/deep tissue combo and left feeling like a completely new person. Irene was incredibly intuitive--she could tell exactly when an area was tender and adjusted her pressure on the spot. What I really appreciated is that she didn't lower the pressure across the board--she knew how to tailor every part of the massage perfectly. She clearly knows what she's doing. The woman at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. The space is clean, modern, and calming. The massage table was super comfortable and even had a heated option, which made it extra relaxing. They accept Venmo, which is super convenient. Parking was easy--I found a metered spot right on Ventura Canyon, but I believe they also have a lot in the back. All around, a fantastic experience. Gaaya Massage Therapy is an amazing place to get a massage. You can't go wrong with any of the massage therapist, they all do great work. My most recent massage therapist was Paris. She was also amazing, she first asked if I had any specific areas that I wanted to work on (today more time was spent on the neck, lower back and legs). I always say there's something that's bothering me more but overall getting a full body massage is the best. They also do stretches if requested. They are really great. That's not always a given in the local spas on Ventura and this is a lovely upgrade to the neighborhood selection. My massage itself was excellent and enjoyed even more by the heated table.
