This is our go-to grocery store. The produce is always fresher than other stores I've shopped at. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The managers jump in where needed and always greet us. Recently new dairy cases were added, and cold cases in the produce section. The aisles are wide, neat and always fully, or close to, stocked. The bakery has a nice variety. The meat and seafood selections are great! I'm in the store at least weekly, often more, and have no complaints. Love this store! read more

Great pizza. Definitely prefer this pizza over any chains like Pizza Hut or Dominos, and on Mondays the made to order pizza is only $7.99.

It was clean and well stocked .... nice deals.....great experience only one thing I did not like.... they did not have a single shopping cart in the store, I had to go back out side to find a cart in the parking lot. I really like the fact that Harris Teeter has a small seating area to eat when you purchase food there. They have a salad bar (which is paid by the lb), sushi bar (usually made fresh in the morning by a sushi chef), deli selection (subs, etc), and Pizza ordering (by the whole & cooked). It's very convenient to have especially since there are alot of business ppl or workers come, sit, relax, and eat on break. read more

The staff is always friendly and the selection is incredible. It is very rare that I cant find something that I am looking for. If I am unable to locate an item, the staff is always very attentive to locate or even find something similar. If there is a sale item out of stock, they happily replace with something comparative. I really love their Express shopping where you can order online and just drive up and they put in your car. This is an awesome feature and we use it often. read more

This location is so convenient and staffed by experienced employees. I know all of the sales will be honored for the full time and they work hard to make sure the customers are happy. If they are out , they give rainchecks. Even with the Kroger buy out they have maintained their standards, which will make me a return customer. read more

Georgia in the cheese section was incredible! My boyfriend and I were looking for something fancy one night. Picking out cheeses , some we've never tasted. She helped us so much by describing flavors and suggesting her favorites. We ended up buying four different fancy cheeses, all were delicious!! Thank you Georgia ! read more

The set up is so ridiculous. The medicines, cosmetics, body wash, etc is in the center of the store (next to fish which always smells AWFUL like worse than normal places I think) and then bread, water, cookies, deli etc is on the far left side way far away from the rest of the food like...who even thought of that? And it's always super busy because it's in a popular area do there is no parking. The staff is okay though, most seem personable and professional. read more

Convenient location. Always LONG lines at checkout in the afternoon and evenings so I went in at 8am. No lines however the seafood section was not set up so i couldn't finish my shopping. 8am doesn't seem too early to not have this department ready to go. read more

I love Harris Teeter they are a little more expensive but do accept coupons. They have more quality choices on foods plus several stations for already cooked dinner ideas. They have a large soup and salad bar. There is an olive bar and great selection of cheeses. Always has samples out so you can try before you buy. read more

Love, love, love this food market. I love the quality of the food. Some items on the pricey side, especially your gourmet and organics products, but well worth the buck if that is what you want. The produce section has a wonderful selection, with any food market, I still think you have to hit the store just right when the fresh produce comes in. Early mornings are best I found. The salads, subs, bread, pizza, sushi, and bake goods are made fresh daily. I like to sample some items before I purchase. I do recommend you sign up for the free VIC card, that will save you a few dollars. If you live, work or just visiting the area, stop by and have a sit down lunch and enjoy the fresh salad bar and soups. After a certain hour at night there is only self check out, and the employees are so kind and courteous. Very helpful when you need help in finding an item. Very accommodating. That is why I gave them five stars. Hard to go into any place and find good customer service, so five stars is well deserved. Very clean. Have not used the restrooms so I can not speak on the cleanliness of the restrooms. Personally I don't care for thr Harris Teeter in the GHENT area they really come across as very snooty...first of all the gal who works in the Meat Dept is clueless??....I asked her if she could individually wrap & divide some meat that was reg priced & she looked at me like an alien. I've had a few fall outs with that dept. On the other hand the Meat & bakery dept @ Farm Fresh in the Ghent area have been awesome not to metion they are much more aprochable not Snooooooty......... They are very knowledgable & can even lead a beginner in the right direction..lol read more

I've called on several occasions to order pizza on Monday and in each case its been a disaster. Hold time is long and the customer service that is provided is very poor. This is a great store, however, if you call them you get poor customer service that translate to no service. read more

While the store itself is nice, they really need to do something about one of the Pharmacist's who works there. I will not go there when she is working because she is so nasty and mean.... They did however just recently hire someone new and she is delightful!!!! Very friendly and knowledge and will take the time to explain your drugs to you. Her name is Sarah!!!! I will go there when she is working but will pass with the other one!!! Don't know why they would keep a person on their staff who is so unwilling to help especially when it comes to something so important as your medicine!!! read more

This is a top notch grocery store. I have been to the one over on Nimmo Parkway & was not impressed at all compared to this location. All the cashiers are attentive, the stockers are friendly & helpful. I always am asked if I need help getting my things out to my car and what a great thing that is!! Having 1, sometimes 2 small children with me its hard doing it all on my own. Their stock is always really good. I love their double and triple coupon events. Shop their sales, add the coupons & there ya go ~ the best deals!! read more
