When we brought it up to the baker, she brushed us off and said we could request a refund if we wanted, but that she wouldn't do anything to fix it. The event was only two hours away, and thankfully, the amazing staff at the Whole Foods bakery stepped in and helped us get cakes for 67 people with just an hour's notice.
