Yes, this is MY go to HT. I'm here at least twice a week, every week. I like fresh vegetables and meats so I'm in/out early in the AM. I was so very pleased recently to see they have EXPANDED the self check-out! It's bigger, it's better and quicker! It's about continuous improvement and you guys are doing it! read more

2 bags of salads we picked up to buy were expired. The pre-packed egg salad was all expired. In both cases they were given and pointed out to the employee. This is not the first time. Guess it's time to move to Publix. It's not worth getting sick just to save a little on gas. read more

Bad customer service, all the ladies work here in customer services are rude, looks like they don't want to work because every time you needed their service at desk they wouldn't speak at all even you said thank you. Natasha was mine bad experiences today. She not the only one. What a shame read more

This HT is struggling. They have a BAD roach problem. They're always in the entrance and crawling on the ground around the produce section and Starbucks (hence why I never buy my produce here). General cleanliness has gone down. Sad because its in such a nice area! read more

This location has gone way downhill since the last manager relocated. No shopping baskets and often carts are left in the parking lot, most times not returned to the corral. Often times no one to assist at self checkout, yesterday there were not even bags plastic or paper stocked there. Glad other options are nearby. read more

Only a 3 b/c the deli counter is hit or miss. As I stand here and wait almost 30 minutes for an annoying couple to order every meat and cheese in the cabinet the deli staff member attending (there is only one here) is chatting it up with Mr. and Mrs. I've never had deli meat before. How about cutting the chatter when it's backed up and help ppl waiting. read more

Nice and new Teeter that must be here because of the Publix a mile or two away on the other side of I-77. Clean, bright, well stocked and with friendly staff, this is another HT where I can say, "I'm a fan." read more

I wish this was my local HT. I live between two other Fort Mill HT's, but this one - being the newest - if very clean and well organized. Plus, it anchors lot of other great shops and restaurants. You can't go wrong with it having a gas station as well right out on the main road, gotta get that VIC member three penny discount!! I've never run into any issues with this location, they are always well stocked. Like most Teeter's it does include a Starbucks inside. read more

Staff here is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The salad bar is great and fresh along with the Asian bar. There was a girl that worked there a few months ago making pizza and she was so nice always making small talk and really knew how to make a great pizza. But, she is no longer there and the pizza has suffered it's not the same and not really good at all. We used to get it every Monday but now I go elsewhere. read more

I work across the street from this Harris Teeter and I love it here. I find myself stopping here AT LEAST once a day, and often times I drive over on my lunch break for the asian bar or salad bar. I have never run into any issues with this HT. Even during this supply shortage, I feel they are mostly stocked with everything. I prefer this HT over my local Myers Park HT location. read more

Okay- just moved and I had the best customer service! I'm going to make this my regular grocery store just because of my cashier and customer service person who tracked down my car as I was leaving because I forgot my salmon! Needless to say, so far so good on ou move! read more

What a miserable experience. Decided to use Express Lane due to current situation and understand times are rough for all, but got a call saying my order was delayed (had 2:30 spot) they would call when ready, 5pm no call so I called and they were going to get my items "now" and call when done about 20-30 minutes. Well at 5pm what is still going to be on the shelves. No call till 6pm and literally 75% of my order was not there. And the person on phone could have cared less. When I went to pick up what they did have, the person who came out acted like I was putting him out. First and last time for this service and will most likely just use Food Lion as it is closer and they are much nicer. Oh I should add I have been at store for over 30 minutes and still no help, so plenty of time to write a review. So much for trying to stay healthy for my family. read more

I live right around the corner and visit this Harris teeter frequently. Today, my sister told me they make subs (I apparently never payed that much attention). Lance in the deli was amazing. I wasn't going to get a sub for myself til he mentioned the Italian sub being his favorite.. let me tell everyone reading this review... that was the absolute best sub I've ever had! The actual grocery store is nice and well stocked. My 3 stars is for the deli part where they make sub samdwiches. I had to wait about 25 minutes to get my sandwich made tonight. There were 2 people in front of me getting sandwiches. A guy restocked the lettuce because it was empty. The new lettuce was brown. The woman named Jill who made my sandwich threw the brown lettuce out and replaced with another bag of fresh lettuce . She was in the middle of gettingy bread ready when she threw the bread in the trash for some reason and had to start over. It took my husband and I about 10-15 to get our sandwiches. We were also trying to keep our kids from acting up while we were waiting for our sandwiches. They need 2 people making sandwiches at this location because Jill is kind of slow. The sandwich was tasty though so I won't complain about that. read more

The Pharmacy is TERRIBLE! Twice I have called in a prescription and twice they have called to say they are ready ONLY to go and find out they were not ready. Poor service and poor attitudes. This NOT the Harris Teeter I have ever experienced. I guess the Kroger buy out is kicking in now. read more

I was very excited when this new location in fort mill was announced to open because I've always been a fan of ht and this location is very close and convenient to my neighborhood. Unfortunately from day one I have not had much luck with their produce department. The first time I shopped there I brought home a bag of oranges which once I got home realized that there was a rotten one in the sealed bag so I returned it to the store and they let me exchange for another bag. I was surprised because in the past ht always had awesome produce so I chalked it up to new store new associates, but not so, I have thrown out too much produce purchased there since then. I keep giving the benefit of doubt with no luck. This past Saturday I purchased some peaches that looked great in the store but once again when I got home found them to just not be good at all. I don't want to keep returning produce its just a waste of time. I'll just get my produce from food lion from now on I've never had to throw any away that was purchased there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed! read more
