I was about to say I would be in when the "gentlemen" I spoke to hung up on me. My wife received a call on Thursday that the bracelet was done. She went in and said that she was there for the bracelet and a staff member called out, rudely, from the back " I've got it here ". She came out and dropped the bracelet on the counter and said "There is no guarantee don't bring it back here " Not only will I not bring it back, but nor will I do any more business with Parry Jewelers. They tried a number of different tools, and ultimately after having a couple folks work on it were able to get the pin replaced. They also looked into getting me a new watch band and quoted me a very reasonable price, comparable to what I found online. I was really impressed with the service and the dedication to actually getting things done correctly rather than just telling me "you need to buy something from us". Good work guys and gals!

If the older managers try to come in without being asked, tell them you prefer to only work with the associate. Literally, they will take half the commissions from the young associates. I have worked in retail sales and have never, as a manager, taken commissions from my staff. This is the worst management structure I have ever heard of. It's one thing to share commissions among the associates, but managers should earn their own.
