This place is a train wreck. My insurance company has sent me here several times. Each time I use them it gets worse. The cars are generally very old and not well maintained. I returned one once because of the smell. They are very understaffed and the few people working there are never well trained. I feel bad for them because the problem exists at every location, so the issue is clearly with company management. If they wanted things to improve, they would improve. I'm sad to write this bad review. I use to love this location the car quality, The service the speed. I use to could show up at 8.:10 for 8 am appointment and be on the road by 8:20. Well this past visit I came 8:20 late ride appointment at 8. No car ready then tried to give me a car that was just dropped off and had Starbucks inside and wasn't cleaned in or out. Sale rep was on the phone really rude to a customer second sale rep forgot I was a customer and talking way out of line. We had reserved a Suburban with Budget but when we went to pick it up they didn't have one nor could they tell us if one was available at any Budgets in Columbus. They said they didn't have a way to view inventory - what? Called Enterprise, they found a Suburban the we could pick up immediately near us and we were on our way. Saved the day! read more

I had a terrible experience while on the road and had to exchange my car at a different location. Due to my exchanging of the car, I didn't get the car back to Enterprise on time and I was upset that not only did I have to go out of my way to get a new car, but because of that I would also be late and get an extra charge since I went over my time. However, once I got back to the Columbus location I am guessing it was the manager who did what she had to do to make sure I walked away from the experience happy and satisfied. She went above and beyond without me even asking. I will no longer go to the airport location if I don't have to and frequent this one instead. If you are over 25 and Use a major credit card, Avis only charges the amount for the rental with NO deposit, and it was cheaper than enterprise. Way better customer service as well. read more

They take advantage of young people who have never rented a car before they tell you that you are paying a deposit on the car and you will be refunded when you return the car, but actually you are paying for insurance on a car that you do not need too!!So actually you are paying 47.00 a day for a car, they do not tell you the fine print before you sign anything. I will never rent a car from the Whitehall location again, very upset they took advantage of someone who was only there because someone hit her and she had to have her car repaired and she needed to get to work to support her family read more

My sister and I rented and co-drove a vehicle early August from the Whitehall location of Enterprise. Brendton Williams, the manager, was courteous, answered all our questions, and had us in and out in 15 minutes. The Groveport location is closer to my home but has some bad reviews, so I always use the Whitehall location because they are professional, accommodating, and helpful. read more

Nothing but a good experience when I deal with the folks at this location. I use this location for my business rentals. The only time they didn't have a car I wanted was when I booked something 30 minutes before picking it up at the end of the day. The experience was excellent. Booked late the night before and the vehicle was available as scheduled with the weekend rate. Nice clean and in good mechanical condition. I used to rent from another company and they always gave you older cars smelly with mechanical problems for the discounted rate. Since I switched to Enterprise every rental experience has been good. I had a horrible customer service experience because apparently that's an area the branch manager told me they don't do. I reserved a vehicle online for the weekend going into Monday and by mistake the package I chose wasn't for unlimited mileage, but when I showed up at this location the rep keyed in my info only to tell me that the packaged I signed up for wasn't applied so he'd have to manually apply it. He then asked me "where you going? I answered Florida, and the guy found the weekend deal i'd mentioned but the rep didn't bother to suggest a better deal that helps the customer. The deal was a weekend deal that had an 100 mile a day limit which didn't make any sense, mind you that I told him I was going to Florida and I can tally up 100 miles just on my way from Columbus, smh. When I expressed that to the Manager and asked if he was the customer would it make sense for the rep to suggest a better deal for himself "the customer", he says "yes" but than says making suggestions isn't what they do there which lets me know customer service isn't priority at that location. I'll never spend my cash there again. I was charged $415 for a 3 day trip that I reserved for 4 days (they don't pay attention). They really don't care about their customers at all. read more

Although the location did not have available the sub-compact that I reserved the substitute full size vehicle at the subcompact rate was ready immediately, clean and ready to go. Appreciated the off-airport location so no need to pay airport concession fees for each day of rental. read more
