An A-OK bar to hang out at. Not my absolute favorite but not the worst either. This is a good place to go when the weather is nice and you just want a casual beer. Their open air patio is nice and the TVs make it a great place to watch sports. It's usually always busy out there so make sure you can find yourself a spot. The food is your average bar food, nothing special but nothing bad. Their drinks are good, again nothing special and nothing bad. Our service has always been pretty good here. The name alone evokes the memories of a pubescent boy in rural Ohio tending to the family herd. The burgers, on the other hand, remind me of that mislabeled can of corn in the pantry that turns out to be lima beans! Honestly, the "Voted Best Burger in Cleveland" label printed on their menu is not exactly what they meant. What I think they meant to say (and would likely be more accurate) was; "We would like to be the Best Burger in Cleveland but can't quite cut the mustard because we serve chewy flavorless bacon with cheap cheese and forgot where we put the salt so our meat couldn't ever win the contest and we think all of the people in Cleveland that did not vote for us are wrong so we print it on our menus anyway." The burgers are okay, but certainly not "award winning". The service was almost as good as the burgers. The fries, however, weren't bad at all! Much better than the Parma Heights one, Fridays nights aren't country music night at a 12 on the 1-10 loudness scale rampant with people who went to my old high school that are still just hanging out. I like the North Olmsted location as the food it good and the bartender on Friday/Saturday is very good. I don't know his name but, he is alright. I enjoy their fries. My friend says they are not expensive than the Parma Heights location but I think they are the same and this place you can sit without having to butter up your hand to get it off of the adhesive bartop. The bison burger is also really good if you are trying to get some grub while you are here. give it a try, I think it is pretty good and I have no reason to lie. read more

I went in after the remodel and my server dropped off the food and disappeared....after 30 min she walked by and tapped the table and said she'd be back...she still didn't come back so I flagged down someone to get her and she came over and IMMEDIATELY had an attitude trying to explain people wanted to pay with gift cards so....I'm like so what?! You didn't check on me or get me a refill the whole time I have been here and I know it didn't take you 35 min to do the gift cards....she continued to give me attitude and talk over me so I told her to stop and let me speak....I said I understand you had something else taking your time but you should have let the manager handle that or asked another server to check on your tables! I used to be a server and I do nails and she needed to learn better time management....she left and the manager came and just went to grab the bill on the table and I said wait I need the manager. He said I am the manager, I said you're not gonna ask me what happened and why I am upset? He said well she's in the back crying and said I gave her the attitude and I'm like woah were you here?! I said why are you sticking up for her is she your girlfriend?! You're a manager and supposed To hear me out and be kind and now you're defensive cause I have a problem with your employee's bad service? I come here at least once a week, if not 2-3. It's a central location for coworkers and friends, I come with another group of office guys that have frequented this location for the last 10 years, and the outside bar area can not be beat. We'll sit out there for hours. I'm always pretty satisfied with the food, good selection for an american bar menu and I've never had anything I didn't think was good. I frequent wing night. My favorite bartender is Jill, she always makes time to say hello and is quick to take care of us. I also love when Mario's there, he's currently a barback but will always take time to be friendly and chat, more than any of the other bartenders do. Personally I think he would be awesome at tending. So long in short, we come here for the outside, the regular friendly staff, and good deals on the menu. read more

If you like having to wait forever for refills or even to be noticed for refills, having slow service and food delivery and clearing of the table for a very dead Thursday night, having to dissect a bar with no drink menu, and having to salt and pepper your food so much so it has the slightest amount of flavor and is able to be finished, then this is your place. I was a little confused after reading some of the reviews and going there I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff the quality of the food I would say that the menu is a little ridiculously large but they actually execute that menu pretty well I had fish that was done perfectly grilled great side dish I thought the waiter was spectacular always took care of us the place was nice and clean the bathrooms were nice and clean it was a little busy for my tastes but all in all this is a great restaurant with quality food at good prices the salads where he normous I would go here back and forth over and over with no issues one of the better places on the west side for sure read more

I've been to the Harry Buffalo in Parma Heights & I really didn't care for that location so, I didn't have high hopes for this HB. I went on a Saturday with my boyfriend & it wasn't very busy at all. The service was decent, not bad...but not the best. We ordered a pizza & surprisingly it wasn't bad! It was loaded with toppings & it was very filling. Not bad for $12. My boyfriend and I decided we would stop here for dinner. They sat us in a booth by the windows and I wish we would have moved because it felt like the window was open...so cold! Another couple moved closer to the bar after feeling the breeze. We ate with our coats on! My boyfriend ordered the perch and perogies. He said that the fish was good and the perogies were like store bought kinds. He said that tartar sauce was very salty. I ordered a bison burger that had avocado, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and onion on it. I got perogies as my side instead of fries. My food came out ice cold!! I waited what seemed like forever for our waitress to see how things were. They took my meal back and replaced it with a new one. When they brought my meal I had to eat it while my boyfriend was already finished with his meal. They did not take any money off or offer us anything for their error, which a good manager usually does when they have issues. I did not make it a big issue. We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. We were greeted promptly, asked whether we wanted a table or booth. I responded no booth, regular table (I am very short and cannot sit at the high tops and find booths uncomfortable also). We were then seated at a normal table. Someone took our drink orders and then a person came over and told us that we couldn't sit at that table because they were having a first communion party and were going to put the gifts on that table and that we would have to move. Don't know who that person was, either a customer or someone from HB. Then someone from HB came over and said that we could sit there but might be more comfortable if we move. Normally this is one of my favorite local places to eat and watch sports. Today is different. The Cavs are playing Golden Gate and we came to eat and watch the game. The chicken lettuce wraps are great but the waitress keeps walking past and looking away without checking on us. She also can't hear us call get because the volume on the tv is maxed out. She also keeps sitting with her co-worker friends. We had to hail her down with our arms so she could see us.
