I was super worried about losing it because it was so loose and they measured my finger and adjusted my ring within hours!! I dropped the ring off at 1.30pm and had it back by 5pm the same day and now it fits like a glove. Service was super friendly and quick and they sent me a quote via text before doing the work! The icing on the cake was they cleaned the ring too so not only does it fit perfectly now it's also as sparkly as it was the day I got it. Really really happy and will definitely go to them in the future. Thank you!

She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They brought my vision to life beautifully and even managed to finish everything on a really tight timeline, which I truly appreciated. I first met with Roger for an engraving task: I had just moved to the neighborhood in 2012 and needed a pendant engraved, with a bit of a deadline, too, as it was a gift. Walking to the store I could tell that my request was going to be quite modest compared to the stunning pieces on display, but Roger was not only very helpful and kind, he listened to my request, was able to do the engraving quickly, and I honestly don't remember paying for it. I was so touched by the generosity, kindness and exceptional service, and instructed my husband that if he ever wanted to buy me anything, this was the place! Luckily he listened, and I still treasure the pieces he got me from RP Diamonds & Gold Imports over the years. In the years that followed, RP Diamonds & Gold Imports has helped me with several custom jewelry pieces: Kham was my point person for those projects, and created beautiful, unique pieces that exceeded in design, execution and precision the ideas that I had described. I have a cast pendant that he made based on a sketch I prepared, a delicate solitaire diamond pendant as well as two diamond rings that he made from stud earrings I no longer used, and countless repair and modification projects that I requested. The pricing has always been clearly discussed ahead of time and reasonable, and each of the projects have been thoughtfully approached and executed to perfection. I am so thankful to have found Roger & team all those years ago, and sincerely recommend!

Since then I've had a set of earrings set lower so the prongs were more securely wrapped around the stones, and the prongs on my engagement ring tightened. I've been really happy with all of the repair work I've had done here! We also had our wedding bands made here last summer. The fit for both is great and the price seemed fair for the metals we got. I will definitely return here whenever I need more jewelry repaired or made.

Vartan was my point person at Union Street Jewelers, and he was very informative/realistic about whether the resizing was feasible and the potential "risks" of getting the ring adjusted. He also quoted me $175, which was significantly cheaper than another jeweler I had visited earlier that day. About a week later, I came to pick up my ring, and it fit perfectly. The shape wasn't affected either. In addition to the high quality of the craftsmanship, I also really appreciated how hospitable Vartan and the rest of the associates were. He really treated me like a long-time friend even though it was my first time meeting him. Highly recommend!

They basically told me it was not repairable and it would cost $2k for a new setting. I was walking out feeling a bit despondent when I saw some jade jewelry in a Jewelry Art Center display and popped in to ask if they could repair my ring. Jewelry Art Center said yes we can repair your ring, we're a bit busy it'll take a few weeks. A few weeks and $300 later two prongs were extended the jade is secure and polished and I can wear my ring again. It looks beautiful and is wearable again. Thank you Jewelry Art Center!!!

I'm trying to give you the benefit of doubt so I'm not posting this. Today I had the ring tested again. The findings are even more upsetting. My receipt clearly states the the ring I bought is 18k. However after testing today the ring is 10k with a coating over it to make it brighter. Your "co owner " accused me of replacing the stones which is ridiculous, but how do you explain the gold content? I can't switch this out. I'm not trying to hurt your business but I do want what I agreed to pay for. I'm again asking, based on my findings, for a refund.
