I had the most pleasant experience with Hart Orthodontist throughout my almost two years them. It's a great environment with very friendly staff who enjoy each other. I did my research before picking an orthodontist and went to 3 different consultations; I felt the most confident here. They really make you feel comfortable and know what they are doing. With every silly or complicated question I had throughout my visits, they were able to provide me with an answer. If you have an emergency or need something for your invisalign's or braces before your next appointment they work with you to get you in immediately. I didn't take advantage of this but they do have a point system. Every time you come in or participate in their fun events or contests you accumulate points. We started treatment in 2011 when my son was a little 9-year old and today he finished all his treatments (2 rounds of treatment) as he starts his first week of high school as a 14-year old. So we've spent many years with Dr. Hart and I couldn't imagine entrusting my son's orthodontic care to anyone else! He's so nice and his son, who now works in the practice, is also very nice. We love that he treats the young patients like people and with respect. No talking down to them. His staff are very friendly and Val, the intake coordinator, makes the whole experience easier to understand from the first visit. The financials are easy and manageable with a payment schedule. I have just began my braces process, the Hart Orthodontics practice has been extremely helpful. Dr. Sheamus Hart called me personally after I called his office needing reassurance that this was the right path for my personal teeth situation. The financial department has also been very responsive in adjusting things within my contract to account for an insurance change and some back and forth on my end of which type of braces I wanted to move forward with. Scheduling thus far has been a breeze even with a last minute schedule change for spring break. The treatment staff had been very informative and concerned with making sure that I was comfortable at all times. Loving hart orthodontics. This was only our second visit but at both the initial consult and our first visit of putting spacers in, all the staff made my daughter feel at ease and comfortable. They took the time not only to explain the treatment plan to me, but also to my daughter so she would understand everything they would be doing. Both of my girls have had their braces done with Hart. Their staff is courteous, friendly and welcoming. They work great with your insurance and even give yearly refunds if the insurance pays more than they expected! My youngest had 2 brackets come loose and the office was able to get her in with in just a few days to repair them at no additional cost.
