The team member examined the tire and suspected a puncture. The waiting room had a refrigerator with bottled water, so I helped myself. Seats lined the main area, and I never observed anyone having to stand. A bathroom is present. I was surprised to hear my name called by a technician versus an associate. I was sent on my way with a patched tire at no charge. I will definitely consider having Discount Tire replace the tires in the fall.

He told me they had the size I needed in stock and quoted me a price and informed me that I could bring my trailer in anytime. I had 2 fairs to do and after unloading my trailer I decided to make an online appointment for 3:15. I arrived at 2:00 so that I could be there. Parking is limited so just beware there is parking on the street which is definitely where I parked. Jeffery was the associate that helped me. After looking at my tires he informed me that they didn't have the ones i had on in stock and would have to order them. I didn't want to have to come back so I asked if there were any other tires that would be a good fit as well as in my price range. He did go and look it up and found tires that he said would 99% be a good match. I paid for my tires (they give military discount with ID) and Jeffery said I will get a text message when they are finished. As u took a seat, the people started coming in. Glad I came early because there was a line out the door at 2:50pm. The associates were great. They acknowledged the customers coming in, waited on the ones at the counter, picked up the tickets to check customers out, answered the phones, pulled vehicles in and out of the bays and ended the transactions. That's not counting the ones working on the vehicles. They take appointments and walk-ins. They have plenty of open space seating inside and nice clean bathrooms. My recommendation is to schedule online, come in early, bring a snack, something to do or read and enjoy the comfortable seats. They had my trailer in the side of the building where they were working on tires for a truck as well. My invoice was emailed to me. 3:24 my trailer was ready and I was on the road with 2 brand new tires! Thanks again Jeffery for your help!

My friends noticed a flapping sound underneath the car because a piece had not been secured. The Firestone shop in Jackson found my tires were not aligned and were wearing so severely because of this they could have exploded on Interstate 40. I had to pay for a full realignment and two new tires in Jackson, to the tune of $900+. I had only had these tires for 18 months, installed in 2024 at Costco. I have not received any reimbursement from Caliber or from Steve's after this faulty work could have cost my friends and I our lives.

I wanted to leave this review because this guy saved my ass. I went to sleep early on Friday to go to Steve's Auto down the street because Steve's Auto told me to come in at 8am when I called ahead. I showed up at Steve's, and they told me they were too busy and to go somewhere else. So somewhere else I went. I'm new in town so don't know any places to get my car fixed, and Steve's was my only option that I researched. I went to Goodyear after dealing with that rude front desk guy at Steve's, and found the Goodyear rep at the front desk like a mechanical Jesus. He was so damn nice and accommodating. Within 10 minutes of walking in, he knew immediately what the issue was. He walked out with me to my car, did his thing under the hood, and viola..no more check engine light. Best part about it is that I didn't even spend a dime. I wish I caught this guys name, but Goodyear if you're reading this, find out who he is and give him a bonus. Dude deserves it. I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. If you need any vehicle services in the area, Mr. Robert is definitely the person to call for fast, reliable, and excellent service.
