Called corporate, because it sounded like the store was complicit in 'lost' items going missing. In fact, the store told me, "We never get expensive items in the lost and found". Of course not -- your employees don't put them there, they take them home! You really want to tell me NO ONE EVER LOST A PHONE OR MP3 PLAYER OR ANYTHING? I don't believe it. Store manager sent me a casual letter saying she had been spoken to, and gave me a whopping $25 gift card. Sure I got the device back (damaged), but he was without it for a month. $25 and a talking-to? Seriously? Worse, not once in the letter did it say, "I am sorry. She is sorry. We are sorry. We apologize." Nothing like that at all. No one is sorry, not one bit. Now, my son is on a lot of medication, and I am on a bit too (asthma). With a family of five, we have well over $1000 a month in medications there. How could I possibly fill my prescriptions there in a place that condones robbing from customers? I really don't feel like counting pills every time I get something filled. I'll go elsewhere. The pharmacy department was really nice and helpful, but at the end of the day, it's managed by someone who admitted he knew the thief for 11 years, so as you can imagine, she could do no wrong. EVEN THOUGH SHE ADMITTED TO THE POLICE SHE HAD IT (and turned it in to them, I have the police report). Way to go Walgreens. DO NOT TRUST this location!!!! When I sent the pharmacy a message yesterday via a voicemail and a written direction in the app to release any holds on prescriptions because of Eisha I actually had to send and say 6 times to not fill any of my prescriptions. This pharmacy tech didn't understand simple directions. Now I don't have any idea why that sounds like it needs to be repeated verbally and in writing, but it did. It is scary to me that this pharmacy is unable to follow simple directions. I don't know if it's because of the horrible guidance of this pharmacist or what. But why should I have to repeat over and over and over and over plus more times my directions. Or how about this location getting a prescription and not filling it. Is it that difficult? I honestly feel that if it take's numerous times to verbally say and also a written message via their app on what to do with a prescription How can we know if they are even filling these prescriptions correctly. Because my doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy on a Tuesday. On Wednesday I spoke to the pharmacist that I wanted the prescription filled. Then on Saturday when I went into this CVS/Target store the Pharmacist said, "There are no prescriptions ready for you!" No apologies. I was out of my pain meds, I didn't know if I would now have to go to the ER because of the incompetenc This pharmacist had more then 5 days to fill a prescription and she chose not to order enough of the quantity. She chose to put me thru hell this past weekend from not having my prescribed pain meds. Add to that, this CVS employee had nothing on her that showed she even worked there. She had a badge that she kept turned so you can't see her name. It looked like a 5 year old made this official store badge. If I had not seen her in the store before this issue I would not have believed she was qualified to be there. Honestly, do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled some place else. Because you can't count on ANYONE that works at this CVS to know what they are supposed to do. Lastly, per the Iowa Dept of Pharmacy this pharmacist had no right not filling my prescription. It's a requirement that they fill a doctors valid prescription. If she questioned what medications I was taking she should have called the doctor immediately. She had no legal right to not fill valid prescriptions. If you have had any past or present issues with this location please call CVS corporate offices. I called on a Saturday before I even left the store. I spoke with Crystal who was unbelievably wonderful. I also spoke to a floor supervisor that was kind and caring too. If you call CVS Corp you will find that this company does care for its customers. You won't be treated like you are less then. You will have confidence if you go to a different pharmacy. I do believe this pharmacy is totally ruined by the prejudices from this CVS Pharmacist. Don't worry that your medications won't be filled or that others at this store can't follow a simple instruction. "Do NOT fill any of my prescriptions" if they don't understand that statement how can you be assured you are getting the correct medication, or the correct number of pills?

EVERY single time I come to…read moreTarget loss prevention follows me around like a lost puppy, last time they were literally walkying eachother (2 days ago) and I could hear them talking about how I was walking towards the registers. 9/10 I dont even use the self checkout. I have NEVER stolen from Target or anywhere else for that matter. I actually have gone to Target multiple times this week and every single time I either get followed to the register, and the person literally stands and stares at me like I have committed an atrocity. Again, I have never stolen from your store, never would, and never had intentions to. I might look a little white trash sometimes, but following me around because I am in work clothes looking less than the normal Target shopper is rude and extremely uncomfortable. Today as I was checking out around 330pm, the tall blond haired older woman working the self checkouts, barked at me the entire time I was trying to check out even came over and touched my screen multiple times, rudely told me I needed to get the security tag removed from my lashes and GRABBED THEM OUT OF MY BAG, which I was going to do after I paid, I've done it before I take it to customer service they see the receipt they remove the tag and I leave. I have never been made to feel like I am doing something wrong when I wasn't, and wasn't welcome at a store until now. I used to work loss prevention elsewhere, so I know you have to be safe, but seriously every single time and I've never once stolen anything. So why? Why keep being rude, and why continue to make me feel like a piece of garbage for absolutely no reason at all? I will most likely not be returning to this particular Target in the future.
