8-bone pork rib roast (about 10lb) after 5 hours on A Traeger grill. Amazing. A thing of beauty.

Called several meat markets looking for this cut. Harvard had one and said they'd hold it for me. When I got there they showed it to me and offered to trim it to perfection and they did. Son in law did the rest on his Traeger. His proprietary rub and about 5 hours of indirect heat. Possibly the best pork I've ever had. FYI it was about $10 per pound. And worth it.

Akaushi Brisket...high quality Wagyu we use for competitions, beautifully marbled FLAT!

High quality meats and excellent service! They sliced my round steak to perfection for no extra charge. BB ribs are great.

I also tried the watermelon and ended up choosing that one, only because I've been juicing a lot and had pineapple juice at home. The food smelled amazing - but I had already eaten before going. I want to go back and take my time and go down each isle slowly. Everything looked nice and clean and the employees were kind.

I like how it always clean inside and the staff are all friendly. It's important to note that most folks here are bi-lingual but on occasion you'll find a clerk who speaks mostly Spanish. I like how they make sure to be available to serve properly, as many folks as possible!! Also, one of my favorites here is the house made chicharron con carne!! It's deep fried pork belly!!! Amazing Stop - don't pass it up…read more SmOakies ~ WoW, some Great BBQ! My wife and I got the Fat Boy to split after driving all day coming in from the Ozarks on our summer trip out west. The chopped brisket was delicious with good texture and not too fatty, Pulled Pork, had texture but still tender and juicy with a nice skin on it! The Chicken tender brined and smokes, very tender and juicy. The Ribs had a delicious dry rub and were just at fall off the bone, not over tender at all. The ham was good but the least standout, as well as the sausage were all cooked to perfection, crispy skin and so tenderly cooked. The Slaw was a vinegar slaw that was a little heavy on the onion and celery seed, while the Baked Beans were sweet and tangy, some ketchup and mustard and I'm guessing but I taster Tamarind, delicious . The Potato Salad was absolutely lovely! ~ tasted like a mayo and mustard dressing with egg yokes? , dill pickle chunks and dill... reminded me of a deviled egg potato salad ~ WoW again. I eat BBQ all over the country pretty regularly and they was one of my Top Stops in a long while! ~ Great Job SmOkies! All the staff was very hospitable and the meal went off without a hitch, our waitress Megan was fabulous and stayed on top of everything. My wife and my favorite sauce was the Sa-Mokin' While we generally used very little as the meats spoke for themselves. 5 StarZ All The Way!
