They reportedly have the Tuesday specials (to be confirmed): ground chuck and boneless chicken breast for $2.99 per pound. They also have The Little Big Meal that rotates weekly. For those interested in cooking, they have many recipes on their websites which is unique. If you love the neatness and cleanliness of Reasor's then you are going to love The Fresh Market. The market is 5-8 PM on Wednesdays through October 30, 2024 at Chapman Green downtown. It's still a project in progress and some weeks are better than others, but I always leave with a great find/purchase. They have a list of all the vendors and local businesses participating on their website and they do a good job of posting it on their Facebook's event page every week as well. You'll find anything from meat, produce, and dairy to handmade goods from artisans and makers. My favorites are Frios popsicles (especially in the summer, inheritance, okie red's bakery, onifade's cookies, spring fed family farms and sunshine haven harvest. Parking is always free for vendors and customers, check out the map. They also have a list of entertainers and the schedule along with some fun theme nights. They'll be hosting the 918 Day Festival on September 18, with a live DJ and other fun local art as well as a kids night on October 2 that includes free face painting, games, and a fun performance by Hot Toast Music Company.
