When a customer raises a concern, the proper response should be to listen and address it politely--not argue. The lack of basic management presence, accountability, and customer service is shocking. If the staff doesn't even know who their manager is, that tells you everything you need to know about the organization of this location. I've been to many Tim Hortons locations and never encountered anything like this. Until management steps in and trains their staff on basic professionalism and customer service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. There was literally three customers, including myself in the store yet there was four employees visiting themselves, and not one single person could be professional, courteous, kind, or helpful not one of the four that I asked knew the manager's name this place is absolute trash and I would absolutely avoid this place at all cost
