This would have been my 1 year old son's first dentist appointment and I didn't trust the doctor before ever meeting them because the office was kind of a disaster. The forms had 50+ typos and looked very unprofessional, the staff was not friendly and did not have the temperament you would expect of a pediatric services office, we waited 25 minutes before we left as it appeared they booked 4 different families for the 9am appointment slot, they only had 4-5 toys in the play area and they were all grimy. We will go elsewhere and if you have a toddler I recommend you do as well.

Now I take my teenager and the toddler to clean their teeth almost every three months. To summarize: Staff 5/5 Parking/location 5/5 Hygienists 5/5 Doctors 5/5 Office 5/5 I want to give a shoutout to Mel. Yesterday she was super extra amazing with my little one (who last time she went she screamed the whole time). Yesterday Mel made her feel so comfortable that she actually did amazing and no tears at all. Thank you Mel for going above and beyond with my girls especially with my little one. It meant a lot! This place is always full yet they manage it so well everyone seems to go in and out. The waiting area has a cool fish tank and a room with glowing block for the kids. They have coffee and drinks for the adults. Inside it's divided for the older kids and a small area for the little ones (like mine) with more toys. Then at the end all the kids get to choose a treat from a wall filled with different options of cool toys. Again if you have little ones and you are in the area this is the place to go!!

I saw my son balling up his fist due to being in pain and questioned the reasoning for no numbing agent to which the Dr. Jackson then stopped and placed the numbing agent on my son since I seemed to be bothered by her not using it. She literally started drilling in his mouth. Then Dr. Jackson kept leaving the room for long periods of time. She changed her gloves a total of 4 times.This procedure should not have taken an hour. Now my son is complaining of pain and I have to take him to see another dentist to review the work that she did. I have never in my life had fillings done by a dentist without a numbing agent and the audacity of her to do this is asinine and I will be reporting her. This is a children's dentist office for crying out loud!
