If you have a high grade Beretta your on your own and good luck.

The owner of this business should probably retire. Called to find out if he had an item in stock…read more He told me he would call back in 15 minutes. He didn't so I called him back again then he said he had the product and I asked him for a price he said well This product is like gold. The price of gold goes up and goes down. The product that I was looking for is ammunition and it's made out of lead not gold. But he said he had it so I drove out there and when I got there, he said he sold it . Not able to provide customer service. Wasted my time. Won't help his customers. Maybe it's time to retire? If you are goons not bother helping your clients, why not just put up a permanent gone fishing sign. Wasted an hour of my day and he doesn't even care.

I've been a customer of Neil Berman for nearly a decade, and I stopped in on 12/30/25 to add to my…read morecoin collection and help my mom sell some of her silver. Neil is an interesting guy and a total straight-shooter -- he's the only dealer I know who will actually tell me NOT to buy something from him if he doesn't think it's a smart move for my specific collection. While I was there, I saw firsthand why he has been in business for over 50 years. He took the time to explain the current market volatility and refinery backups, even advising some people to wait a few months to sell certain items to ensure they got a better price. He was fair with what he bought from me and provided straightforward advice with zero pressure. Neil is a true expert, and I'll definitely be back to grow my collection further.

He has a plaque on his desk which says "mr never wrong". Well... the lot I brought to him he offered $300 for and the very next place offered $1200 (Danbury Gold & Silver - Kelleher Auctions) for the same exact lot. I have never written a bad review in my life... he left me no choice as I wouldn't want to see others get ripped off (not by a little - 400 % more was paid from Danbury). Also, you get the used car salesman "slick" speeches from Neil... "i have been in this business 53 years" and "the math is complicated, you can't do it". Silliness, this day and age anyone can look up the price of precious metals. He just wants to try and confuse the seller and not be honest about his lowball rates. Snake oil salesman. Huge egomaniac.
