David and Abby watched my three dogs over Christmas in 2021. Not only do we have dogs but fish, frogs, and axolotls. It's kind of like a mini zoo :-). We asked David and Abby to treat our home like it was their own for the week my wife and I were gone. We were happy to find out that they took advantage of this with guests over for dinner. When my wife and I got home we found our home cleaner than we left it! Beds were made, carpet was vacuumed, all trash was taken out, dishes were done. The refrigerator was even wiped out and organized! During the week there was some odd noises coming from a saltwater aquarium. When Abby called me and described the noises I knew exactly what was going on. Through FaceTime video chat I walked her through solving the problem. Abby took it upon herself to make sure all of our pets, not just the ones we were paying her to watch, we're taking care of. I've had other house sitters in the past and could tell through my dogs' behavior that they were ignored. They fell into bad behaviors like getting into the trash, running outside at 3:00 in the morning, and peeing on the carpets. When my wife and I got home after the dogs were watched by David and Abby I could tell that they were cared for. None of the bad behaviors existed after we got home. David and Abby will be my only phone call I will make for watching my dogs when I go on vacation next. If David and Abby are unable to watch my dogs while my family and I are away, I will reschedule my vacation. If you had dog sitters who you paid to take care of your pets while you were gone and you know that they only came by the house for an hour or two to let the dog outside and to make sure there is food but had higher expectations then look no further than David and Abby. David and Abby will treat your pets like family and take care of your home the entire time you were gone.

As soon as you walk in you can smell the very strong stench of urine and there a very common complaints that dogs get sent home with kennel cough or stinking like pee. I believe it may be due to poor ventilation. they also just have the dogs going potty inside everywhere instead of being taken outside. I saw multiple dogs peeing in the building. We did not follow through with our boarding booking. I would not recommend booking here for sanitization and health concerns for your pups. I highly recommend that you visit the location and see if it is up to your standards before bookings. I was able to find a last minute boarding service with S&B Kountry Kennel. This location had proper clean kennels and huge yards for the dogs to be let out to play. They are also staffed with great trainers.

The Pugs were pampered and treated to homemade natural cookies made by Terrie herself. It is clear that she has a love in her heart for fur babies. Even my feisty little girl, Emma took to her. Our pugs are seniors and have a few idiosyncrasies and issues. She is very patient, but best of all she was understanding of our boy Winston's bathroom issues. Terrie took care of our home, it was neat and tidy. She even washed the sheets, which she did not have to do. She also left her homemade treats and a report card. I continued with...the lack of your professionalism, why would anyone trust this place with their precious pet...she muttered a few words while I said...We're done her and left. There are other groomers on the area I'm quite sure that are professional...just not this place....my advice is think twice before you consider any grooming, any daycare or overnight care here... I would not even bring a toy stuffed animal here.

Maybe this is normal for daycares and boarding, but he smells like dog urine when I pick him up. I feel like I need to give him a bath when I come home. 2.
