It has once already collapsed by a retaining wall and they came and half ass fixed it and now again it has completely caved and I am having to have to get it all ripped up and fixed again and spending 3 times what I had initially paid because they didn't take the proper steps to ensure the sand underneath wouldn't leak through the retaining wall. ALSO I am having to jump over huge puddles to get to my front door any time we get rain because it was so poorly leveled even after I had requested that they raise the level by at least three inches according to where my old patio pavers sat. I had no issues with my old patio and they created a world of problems for me. I had called him to complain and to come to some kind of resolution and he stated he was "busy" and he gave me a good deal and there was nothing he could do!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE WORK! Hire someone else even if it costs you more to make sure you get the job done properly!!!
