Their turnaround time is consistently fast without ever sacrificing quality - whether it was replacing our timing belt or fixing a leaking oil pan, the work was done quickly and correctly. What really sets them apart, though, is their honesty and generosity. After being loyal customers over the past year, they went above and beyond and replaced our camshaft actuator completely free of charge. That's the kind of customer care you just don't find anymore. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in doing right by their customers rather than just running up a bill. It's rare to find an auto shop you can trust completely, but APREMIER has earned that trust from us many times over. If you're looking for a reliable, fast, and honest mechanic in San Marcos, look no further. Highly recommend!

I was considering buying a Tundra I really liked from a local dealer, took it to Roy first to rule out issues. He found several issues that would cost me$1500-$3k to repair. The dealership manager was livid, declared the truck was in excellent condition as advertised and tried to say Roy was a bad mechanic....and then immediately dropped the truck price by 3k , and rudely badgered to get me to buy it. ?? So in spite of trash taking the inspection results, he knew they were correct. Tried to pull a fast one and Roy caught it. Truck was close to worth the money after the MAJOR price drop but after the temper tantrums and insults from the dealership manager I wasn't spending a penny there. Great job Roy and thanks for your integrity, I know that manager called and tried to mash on you for telling the truth.

He came directly to my house and replaced my brake pads, making the entire process incredibly convenient and hassle-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly took pride in his work. I really appreciated that I didn't have to spend hours sitting at a shop or rearrange my day. Frank showed up when he said he would, got the job done efficiently, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It's hard to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, especially when they're working on something as important as your brakes. I wouldn't hesitate to use Frank again and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and convenient mechanic. 5 stars all around!

In regard to your response Frank I'll expose again why no one should use you. To start I used you…read moreafter the break issue we resolved to give you a shot. I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time. I'm done with my response. I'll update this post after claims court.

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

We were treated with respect, and our questions were answered in detail. This is a multi-generational family-owned business, and I have had positive interactions with each generation and multiple levels of staff, from the owners, managers, and mechanics. Note, because this matters to some: I'm a woman and have not experienced any patronizing treatment. I've only had positive interactions with their team. The first car I brought in for inspection had very high miles but they learned that it was in fantastic mechanical condition--and since that was unlikely, the rest of their team joined in on the inspection to keep searching for some flaw that had been missed. They found nothing significant and gave us a list of the maintenance and repairs we should expect over the next few years, how much they would typically cost, and when we should expect them. That gave us the confidence needed to purchase the car and drive it across the country the next day. The second car I brought in had low miles, was in great exterior condition, and drove wonderfully. I only had it inspected for peace of mind. The A & A team found a host of problems under the surface. They learned that the car had internal parts held together by zip-ties, multiple leaks, and was almost certainly an unreported flood car. Disaster on wheels, no matter how well it drove in the short-term. I asked quite a few questions in both cases, and everything was answered in detail.
