No. But they're very fairly priced for what they do. Their initial deep clean was phenomenal, and the upkeep has been consistently good - especially considering that I now don't do ANYTHING cleaning-wise between weekly visits (who has time when you work F/T, are 8 mos preggo and have a toddler?) *and* I have a long-haired black dog who sheds enough to manufacture sweaters out of. Additionally, I paid her in advance for 10 hours of work - which was not done. We had a session scheduled and confirmed for which she "no-showed" and I never heard from her again. It appears I've been "ghosted". At first, I was very worried that something happened to her - but it seems that she is still doing business. I am horrified that I trusted her to take my sensitive documents for shredding, and that I trusted her to complete work by paying her in advance. I find it hard to believe that she would jeopardize her business credibility and reputation by disappearing. *4 days later, following an email when I said I would go to the police, Candace did refund the money paid for work in advance. She has not refunded the fabricated shipping costs of $88. She admitted to not shipping the packages but has not returned them to me, nor she has not responded as to what she did with the packages or what she did with the shredding. The 3 packages contained thousands of dollars worth of insulin and diabetic supplies. The shredding contained personal identity and banking information. Every session/errand Candace performed was mutually agreed upon, scheduled, confirmed, and paid for. Trustworthiness and Integrity are the most important qualities for someone who works in your home, no matter how good they are at anything else.

My experience with Kelli Debbs as a property manager is the worst experience I have had in my life…read more I am 57 years old, and I have had my share of bad experiences but Kelli Debbs is without question the most aggressively dishonest and unethical person I have ever encountered. I moved into an ADU in March. For three months I have had to be in constant contact with Kelli to push back against her fraudulent documentation and dictatorial decrees over my personal life (Kelli refused to allow me to use my own bedframe and tried to force me to live with broken, rusting furniture in my apartment that belongs to the property owner). The current status is that myself and the property owner drafted, finalized, and ultimately signed a Mutual Lease Termination and Surrender Agreement on May 29, 2026. Kelli requested not to be included in the document's execution (Why? It makes no sense). For a full week (May 23 - May 29) the property owner tried to electronically sign our agreement through DocuSign but claimed to have difficulty with the platform's functionality to add signatures. Finally, I printed out the document and we signed hard copies on May 29. Also on May 29, Kelli swoops in (even though she had explicitly stated she is not involved with this document) to insist the property owner needs professional help to finalize this document - and a new agreement will be drafted over the weekend - replacing what myself and the property owner had just signed. Talk about a shit show. The Property Owner never said he needed help. He never questioned any of the document's content - but speaking for him Kelli claims he needs help. At the same time Kelli states she has nothing to do with this document's execution. THAT MAKES NO SENSE. If the property owner needed help and had questions regarding the document's content he could have stated that. He could have asked questions and proposed changes. But he did not. He is in agreement with the content and signed the agreement yesterday. It is Kelli Debbs who states there is a problem - at the same time she states she is not involved. She claims the property owner needs professional help even though the property owner never stated this. Kelli Debbs is contradicting the property owner. NONE OF THIS MAKES ANY SENSE. This is just the most recent example of the unethical, bizarre, and nonsensical behavior I have had to deal with every day for 3 months. Everything is unscrupulous and nonsensical. And it never stops. Every day a new drama is invented by Kelli. This is the worst living experience I have ever had. I have had to call the police multiple times. "Somehow" a simulated mold stain appeared on my wall May 12th. It is not mold. The police confirmed this. I have confirmed this because you can easily wipe it away with water. Therefore, "someone" placed this on my wall when I was out running errands. It is only myself and the property owners who have keys to this apartment. This simulated mold was placed on my wall as a sinister plot to manipulate me into creating a maintenance ticket so that Kelli Debbs could try once again to force me into meeting with her face to face. That is exactly what Kelli tried to manipulate as soon as I submitted a maintenance ticket. Kelli Debbs has been determined to get me alone. Why? It's actually quite scary to contemplate what she might do. Kelli refuses to put things in writing. Kelli has shown up at my front door even when I told her I didn't want to meet with her. I requested she put her communications in writing. Kelli ignored me and showed up at my front door anyway. This has been one long nightmare.

I will say that they were prompt in answering my request through Yelp, and turned up at the scheduled time. Yelp has been a godsend for getting quotes on jobs. I reached out to a number of cleaning services through the app and Natures Maids responded back with a price and schedule that worked for me. On the day agreed, they arrived on time and began work straight away. Not wanting to come across as some tyrannical dictator watching their every move, I moved some furniture to the side of the rooms to clear space for them, then made myself scarce upstairs. Other than one of them asking if I had cleaner for the hardwood floors, they pretty much worked self sufficiently for the time they were there. Around the 3 hour mark they were already onto the kitchen, a couple of them finishing up while the third laughed at videos on her phone. By 3:30, the boss called done and they took out the trash. 'How much?' '4 hours.' Ok, that's fine. If it's done, it's done. They seemed to work hard so I'll pay for 4 hours. Perhaps I should have taken a walk around and checked. They reached out a few days later to get feedback, where I had to point out the dust on the tables, dust bunnies in the closet, Cheesits under the couch (my kid, not me...maybe ;)), and all of this on top of leaving early and getting paid for an extra 30 mins. The boss asked if I wanted them to come back or refund some money. Given that I'd spent the rest of the day cleaning what they'd missed I simply said they could drop what they felt was an appropriate sum back in my mail. No response. Following up a month later. No response. And that's been it. Crickets. So. What can I say. If they're you're regular cleaners then they'd probably catch areas they miss on the next visit. But for a 4 hour one time clean. I wouldn't recommend. And don't let them call 'done' and leave early without checking the work

Then their lack of response for additional scheduling was "my son broke the phone". This a business, right? Then they reached out to say that they had openings available... losing clients. And when I texted back, btw, the ONLY way they would communicate after my initial contact over 5 years ago, absolutely no responses to repeated attempts. I don't think they exist any more and I would hire them now because the work was so shoddy.
