She goes above and beyond - and brings calm and care to my extremely hectic (dogs and toddler) home. All the while only using non-toxic products and communicating like a dream. Claire did an incredible job with our move out clean! One of the most crucial signs of a great house cleaner is trust - we left her a key, and she handled the entire move out clean for us. She sent us pictures to document and was extremely thorough. She seriously got every inch of the space. I always feel like cleaners miss a spot, but I really was hard pressed to find something she didn't catch. I mean, she cleaned our oven! I also appreciated that she didn't tack on any nonsense fees. Discovered Claire here on Yelp and was immediately encouraged by her stellar reviews. After reaching out via email, she responded promptly and professionally. She wasn't immediately available when I needed cleaning, so I went with another cleaner, but was underwhelmed. I called Claire to come the following month and she showed up on time (the previous cleaner didn't), masked and with her own supplies and equipment. Working solo, she cleaned my place in three hours and made sure to dust because I said it was a priority. When she was finished, the place smelled clean and was spotless. She even did some light organizing I hadn't requested; I was thrilled. Claire is responsive, thorough, friendly, responsible (she believes in Covid safety - a real relief!) and transparent. I've used LA Home Cleaning's services on several occasions - once for a move-out clean, and other times for regular house cleaning. Claire was super professional, arrived at the time we had discussed, and followed all my instructions for what I wanted done. I like that she offered more "green" cleaning products as an option. Her communication skills are on point and I felt super comfortable leaving her to work on her own once I had opened up the house + given instructions. Found Claire on Yelp and decided to try her out. This was our very first time having a cleaner come so we were not sure what to expect but Claire did a great job! We got a deep clean for $250 and Claire brought her own supplies. We had a tub that we thought was stained from a previous renter and had tried everything to get it out and nothing worked until Claire got to it. I wish I had a before and after photo to show you. Since Claire was our first cleaner, naturally we wanted to try other places just to compare. Let me tell you, we found another Yelp company that sent two woman to clean our house with the same amount of time as Claire had and they didn't do half the job she did. Claire and another employee came to deep clean my studio apartment, and they did a wonderful job. Small spaces seem to accumulate so much more dust (or at least, it's more noticeable) and they truly got every speck out. I hadn't been able to personally stay on top of those tough-to-reach spaces (like beneath the entertainment console and between the stove/counter), but they made all the little gross nooks & crannies feel brand new. I Inquired about her services late on a Friday night, sent out a message for a price quote, and she messaged me back promptly with info and availability. She came the next day (Saturday) "on time," , and put in 3 1/2 to 4 hours of hard work. She brings her own equipment and supplies. All that I needed to provide was a ladder for the harder to reach spaces. Done! Not only does she do an excellent job of cleaning she does some serious organizing too! I believe her pricing is very fair for all that she does, and now my immediate neighbors are inquiring about her services. I will be messaging her again soon for more organization and cleaning. I have had the pleasure of working with Claire for a few months now to clean my apartment on a regular basis.
