I won't get into the specifics of my case, but I tried in good faith to work with my employer to get what I was entitled to under the law and they drug their feet and strung me along. I honestly feel that they were purposely keeping me on the back burner so that I would either quit or so they could medically separate me from their employment. Either way, what they were doing wasn't right and I needed help. I had done research on the what my ADA protections were and had familiarized myself with the EEOC guidance that they offered on the subject, but I didn't know how to effectively articulate to my employer that they were violating the law. What I found most atrocious is that my employer was deliberately giving me misinformation and would try to confuse and coerce me into accepting that their position was correct under the ADA when they were clearly in the wrong. I reached out to Mr. Piccolo and set up a consultation to discuss my situation and get his perspective so that I could fully understand my rights. I went into the initial consultation with an open mind. It was possible that I didn't have a case, but I wasn't entirely sure. I did pay a fee for my consultation (all attorneys in this speciality seem to charge a consultation fee btw), but I figured it was well worth it to get a processional's point of view. During the consultation he was patient and really took the time to understand what I was saying. I knew almost immediately that I wanted to retain him. Mr. Piccolo charged me a retainer upfront (which is standard practice with most attorneys) and he immediately went to work drafting a letter to my employer. I had been dealing with my employer for months trying to get my ADA accommodation squared away and literally within a few days of sending the letter, things started to move in the right direction. I asked Mr. Piccolo to continue to work on my half and to negotiate with my employer because I was frankly so sick and tired of their BS. He handled everything for me and was ALWAYS available to me to discuss what was going on with my case. Mr. Piccolo is a straight shooter and I genuinely appreciated it. I never once felt that he was stringing me along or trying to run up my bill with nonsense charges. He was always concise and to the point and was as patient as I needed him to be. And as for his attorney fee, it was very reasonable and he went above and beyond to make sure that I fully understood his fee structure BEFORE I paid my initial retainer. In the end, my employer finally followed the letter and spirit of the law, but it was ONLY because of Mr. Piccolo's intervention. I wasted months waiting on my employer to do the right thing and Mr. Piccolo got them to finalize everything within a few weeks of retaining him, and it was based on my timeline and not theirs. This field of law is very specific and it's not a specialty that you find many attorneys practicing in. If you have any concerns that your rights may be being violated under the ADA or even if you have no clue what your rights are, you would best be served to set up a consultation with Mr. Piccolo. The money spent on the consultation fee will help you to understand if you have a case and if you do, what your options are. Making the choice to do that was by far one of the best things that I've ever done for myself. Without his intervention, I would be without a job and looking for a new one. I wouldn't have known that my rights were being violated without his expertise. I am now able to move forward with my employer with an awareness of my rights that I didn't have before and that to me was well worth what I paid to Mr. Piccolo. I am genuinely grateful for what he did for me and I can say without a doubt that you will get an honest and hardworking guy in your corner if you hire him. He WILL have your back and that's a feeling that you cannot put a price tag one, especially when your employer is deliberately trying to skirt the law.

I recently got a speeding ticket, and I heard that Nevada law changed a few years ago--making…read moretraffic violations civil infractions instead of criminal offenses--which means drivers often have to handle them on their own. In fact, about three years ago, right around when the law changed, I hired a different law firm for a ticket. But after I already paid them, they told me there wasn't much they could do. I ended up having to pay the court fines myself and complete an 8-hour traffic school course all on my own following their instructions--and it cost me more than double what Ace charges. Fast forward three years, I accidentally got another speeding ticket. English isn't my first language, so the thought of having to resolve everything myself was super stressful. Then I happened to see an ad for Ace and decided to reach out, just in case. To my surprise, Ace offered to handle the entire case at a much lower price than what I paid three years ago! My biggest concern was a potential insurance rate increase, but they assured me they would take care of that as well, which gave me total peace of mind. Looking back, I probably could have fumbled my way through it alone, but to get it done reliably, stress-free, and at such a reasonable price, hiring Ace was definitely the best choice. I highly recommend their services!

Elizabeth was an amazing case manager and always kept me updated throughout the process. Thomas was also incredibly helpful and kind whenever I had questions. Huge thank you as well to Mr. Tatum and Mr. Lee for working so hard on my case and making me feel supported the entire time. Really grateful for everyone at this office and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about their clients.

She called my husband back a few times to follow up and see if we were interested in meeting with her to discuss things further. This should have been the first red flag. Any attorney with time to follow up with prospective clients must not have a full caseload, and there is a reason for that. We read the reviews here on Yelp and thought we'd give her a chance anyway...big mistake. Once she was paid in full for her services we never heard another thing from Ms. Holman. She also allowed our son's case to expire with the EEOC 90-day cutoff, which ruined his chances for recourse through the legal system against his previous employer. In addition, she never assisted our son with receiving the unemployment funds she claimed she could get for him. She is filled with promises and pumps herself up to be this amazing attorney, but she fails to meet the high level of expertise/standards she claims she has. We filed a grievance against her with the State Bar of Nevada, to which they sent her a letter requesting her response. In addition, we sent her a demand letter (via certified mail and email) for payment in full. As of today, she has returned all of our original funds. I would never recommend her to anyone for representation. Unless you like headaches and irritation, it is our opinion that it would be highly beneficial to avoid any of the so-called services she offers.
