Let me start out by saying when I went in November to get pierced it was such an easy and nice…read moreexperience. The location odds clean, the team was kind, and the process was efficient. But as I wrote this 7 months out, I have to say I am incredibly disappointed by the jewelry. I was told the jewelry was high quality, and if it breaks I just need to bring it in to get fixed. The problem is, what happens when it breaks and I don't have it? I got 4 ear piercings in November and as of today, 3 of those 4 have fallen out and gotten lost. The first was in February, the second in May and the third one today. And these aren't cheap earrings. I spent nearly $1,500 for these and to have them disappear after normal wear is incredibly disheartening. Would I go back, I don't know. Maybe. But I have to believe there is a place with just as nice people and less expensive jewelry that doesn't just fall out of the ear during the healing process.
