Enrique did agree to move the fridge, but for $625 because it is a subzero (the smallest model, single door, 36x84x24). That is higher than other movers by about $175, but we were in a bind from cancellations and needed it done asap so we said ok. We confirmed many times it would be a box truck since the fridge needs to be moved upright. Enrique showed up with an suv and a trailer despite the promise in writing of a box truck - the truck was part of his justification for the high fee. He did not text or call before to give us the option to cancel since it wasn't what we agreed to. He just showed up knowing we were stuck and would be forced to move it that way. We had sold our condo and it already closed - the buyer was doing us a favor by letting us pick up the fridge post-close, since we had two last minute mover cancellations/no show. We agreed to $625 on the condition of a box truck, not a trailer attached to an suv. Enrique knew we were in a tough spot. He essentially forced our hand by threatening to leave the fridge stranded if we didn't agree to the trailer instead of the box truck on the spot. It basically amounts to a "light" version of extortion/coercion. We were ok to pay for the service agreed to, but that is not what we received. He also damaged the fridge and then actually tried to leave with the damaged piece saying he would fix it and bring it back - yeah right. Enrique was extremely rude from arrival to departure, even after he damaged the fridge. It was an awful experience.

My understanding was that I was getting an actually moving truck. they pulled up with a storage container on the back of a pickup truck which wasn't discussed prior to moving.
