When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. I highly recommend using Move4U the next time you need movers. Their pricing is very affordable and hiring them was one of the best decisions I have ever made. They showed up on time (early, actually, which already felt suspiciously competent), wrapped everything like it was headed to a museum or being launched into space, and treated my father-in-law's belongings with more care than most people treat their own stuff. We were closing out our storage unit and had to move about 50 boxes into my Mom's apartment. Andrew quoted me their minimum move at 2 and a half hours. The price was so reasonable - less than a month at the storage facility! Joel and Jose arrived promptly on time after calling me and confirming the details. They moved everything so efficiently, leaving space for my Mom to move around the room with her walker. Really kind, professional and great guys - request them if you can! Good Move Movers, of Franklin Park/Elmhurst, Illinois, broke off one of our formal dining room…read morechairs and said we were responsible for the repair. One of the first crew put shelf holders in his bag from our bar shelving, and was not part of the second crew, so we can't unpack the bar. They never offered to bring them back to us. Told us to go buy them. They also gashed in the corner of one of the night stands and never told us, and now, when I try to call them, it goes directly to voice mail and they never call back. I paid cash so there was no recourse through a credit card company to dispute the charge. They picked up our furniture on July 11, 2026, held it for 2 nights in 2 trucks. The second truck was only about 1/4 filled. They were scheduled to deliver to our new address at 1 pm on Monday, July 13th, at 1 pm. They arrived an hour early and our closing wasn't complete until 12:30. All the boxes were packed by us, were colored coded and marked for every room. Many of the boxes were placed in the wrong rooms or left in the garage and we had to carry heavy boxes into the correct areas. One box of record albums was completely broken. Don't ever ever rely on them to move you! they are terrible! This battle is not over!
