Not the most welcoming people even if they're yelling hi sweetie when you walk in. I waited an hour with it being nobody waiting even after making an "appt "and then pretty much forgotten about. I wasn't seeing anyone wait me as long & maybe a "be with you in a second" during that waiting time. Also mind you they had actually texted me to if I was going to be making my appointment and where I was& thought it was actually nice they were confirming & hoping to get in asap but again I waited an hour regardless what was the point. then honestly it felt rushed atleast on my hands but even so the quality is why I keep coming back. Maybe rushed but they have Great nails & they last long. I only left $5 extra after everything I'm not giving you my hard earned money for bad service majority of the 2-3 hours I spent there & especially to the lady who did my hands was very passive aggressive & made me nervous. However I will be be back regardless one more time hoping it goes well because is my3rd time back and I always get compliments just im nearly over the general personality of this shop. If I get the same experience there's plenty of other places. I went in to remove the set I had and get a French tip gel manicure with my natural nails. They had me soak off the nails and a gal came and started doing my nails I showed her a pic of what I wanted. She said if I got chrome it would look so good with my natural nails, I said as long as it's with the French tip. She said okay. She also said she was going to take off the acrylic powder and glue that was stuck and dried to my fingers. I know this place gets busy I understand that, but she didn't put French tip like I requested her filing was off and she was rushing and she did not help me take the glue off my fingers. The first few times I went and got my nails done. They did amazing job, but I think this will be the last time going there. They also quoted me one price and I ended up paying 10$ more. read more

Do not go here if you want quality service. The young lady that did my pedicure did a good job. However, Gnoc did a manicure that was terrible. She was on her phone almost the entire time; both face time and calls. She did no cuticle oil and when I asked for my nails to be shortened she cut them so short they hurt. She was not interested in doing a good job and both women the pedicurest and Gnoc Hong Nyguen laughed as I paid. There were children there of the employees running around. This is a nail place I checked out and I must say it is on my list of top 5 nail salons to go to in the Valley. It's not too expensive, the staff is great, it's close by me in Glendale, and they do a great job with your nails/toenails! Arial did my nails and she did a great job! You can tell the nail techs care about your nails. I asked her opinion on what I should get and she gave me great advice. The day I was there they didn't turn people away even at 7pm when they were closed and to me that says a lot about their character. They are great! (SOAK OFF and new dip powder set with velvet nails) I usually don't like to do reviews because I feel like the ones I see are mostly bots or only complaints. But LET ME TELL YALL. COME SUPPORT THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. MIA, is the sweetest, most meticulous and hardworking nail tech you'll ever meet. The WHOLE staff is family. I came in because my usual nail lady was on vacation. (Don't tell her I cheated on her!! I feel so bad but I am so happy) I came in on a Friday around 5pm, they close at 7. She was busy so she politely asked if I could come back in an hour. The hour came, and she was still SUPER busy. But with good reason. They respected my assigned appointment (you know they don't do that in other salons; they make you wait even more!) it is a small salon but I think it's good that it's small, with the whole family being very attentive to your care. But anyways; one of her assistants helped me remove my acrylic nails in a very careful manner. I was in so much pain with one of my nails because I pulled it by accident. So even touching it was hurting. They took their time and relieved me of my pain. Not only that, but Mia gave me some beautiful nails. Although she closed at 7, she did not rush on my nails, she spoke to me, and also was VERY meticulous about all the minor details. (I have been going to my original nail lady for 6 years for the same reason, I am very picky when it comes to nails). She impressed me not only with her techniques but with her immediate knowledge of the colors and new styles being used. I showed her a picture and didn't hesitate. Sometimes when I would go to different salons, they would say they didn't know how to do it and/or suggest a different style or color because they don't know how to do it. They didn't hurt me at all. I am so happy with the results. The nails feel and look great. They're not too thin or thick. The shape is great and no sign of any imperfections anywhere. I WILL be back Mia! Thanks so much. I also wanted to point out although she closed at 7, there were many clients getting taken care of and none of them were being rushed. There was another client next to me who's nails didn't result into the way they wanted. It was almost 8PM, Mia and the other gentlemen doing the nails made it right and offered to help fix the young ladies nails because she didn't want her to walk out the salon unsatisfied. They're very hardworking and really nice!!!! If any of them don't understand what you're asking for, Mia steps in and helps with the language barrier if any. You know nowadays we don't even know what the younger kids are talking about. So much different lingos but she's super positive. I loved her positive attitude and everyone in the salon as well. So I got my nails done that day worse mistake and waste of money honestly I had to go back twice to get my nail fixed because when I got my nails literally that same day one of my nails broke I went back the following day cause they were already closed They fixed it with no charge then two days later another nail broke and this time they redid my whole nails with out even asking me and charged me I went out of town that same day they fixed my nails again and that same day when driving to Utah my nail broke again for the third time I'm definitely never going back this place it is honestly a joke and all those good reviews are spam for sure !!! I paid $100 for a fill with white tips and a basic pedi, one color, nothing special but he did cut my finger and i was bleeding and left hair in the powder so i can see it in my nail and couldn't even fix or discount it, Ridiculous!
