My department used Haute Cuisine Catering to cater our Holiday Party and we are so glad that we did! They were quick to respond and accommodate any changes. They were on time with delivery and came the next day to pick up the used dishes. As for the food - wow! I got compliments from nearly all 50 of our guests, though I would not have even needed that as they ate almost everything up! The Braised Tri-Tip and Chicken Piccata were a hit. The owner called me to discuss my options and I had questions, which is normal given the fact that I am trying to coordinate for our company. We went with the mediterranean menu where the main course was Chicken with Pears. The chicken was juicy and the dish had an excellent flavor. Still, my favorite item from the menu was probably the Baba Ganoush appetizer. The Arugula salad was also very elegant. The servers who came were helpful and professional. They kept the food hot and presentable throughout the event and also helped set up the drinks and were overall incredibly resourceful and didn't require much management. One of the events involved renting and setting up a party tent with heating, lighting, and tables/chairs outside in our backyard, so there were quite a few logistics involved in addition to the usual catering services.
