After my boyfriend and I both confirmed that I had clearly stated the order correctly, she reluctantly took the plate back to the kitchen. At that point, we were honestly put off by her attitude. I no longer felt comfortable having the meal remade after the way she reacted. We left the plate on the table, took our coffee, and decided to leave. I can't say for certain whether her treatment of us was personal, but as a person of color, the interaction did not feel welcoming. What I can say with certainty is that the level of customer service we received was unacceptable and far below what customers should expect. The food was actually good, but good food alone is not enough to make up for poor service. Unfortunately, I will not be spending my money here again.
