The Mario's remodel is a 10/10 and you have to go experience it for yourself!…read more Looking for an appetizer? Look no further you HAVE to try the frituras de bacalao! These are the best frituras of bacalao I have ever tried and the sauce compliments it so well! We paired this appetizer with the mojito flight and they were absolutely delicious. You get 4 options, passion fruit, lychee, guava & coconut. Afterwards we ordered the vaca frita with moros & tostones. You can order them extra crispy which I recommend. My fiancé ordered the Chicken cordon Bleu which is apparently a staple here and it did not disappoint at all! Overall we had a great experience and the food was fantastic, you can't go wrong with Cuban food in south florida. The remodel of the restaurant was fantastic and you can't tell they put in a lot of effort making this establishment look really nice with a great ambiance. The items we ordered were a little bit more pricey than usual but we assumed that when we got iPads for menus! Gotta pay off the remodel somehow! This place was 10/10 with excellent service & will return to try other items!

Attentive without being overbearing, sweet without feeling forced, and just incredibly kind throughout. She somehow knew exactly what we needed before we even asked--true talent! Service like this is rare, and Yuleidys makes it look easy. She turned a simple meal into something memorable, and that kind of touch is what keeps people coming back. If you get the chance, ask for Yuleidys--you'll thank me later

One word... Extraordinary. Wow! So much to share and so many…read morethings that are unique to this establishment. First, the exterior is gorgeous. Beautiful almost white pea sized gravel and gorgeous plants and plantings everywhere (in&out). There's a false front (western style of the 1800's with a drugstore front on the left and a mercantile on the right, done in galvanized metal. Then you walk in and find yourself in a tremendous space offering a corridor of potted gardens leading you along to three spaces, one on the right for dining suited with picnic tables sporting tablecloths, enough seating for 85+. There's also a smoothie bar featuring blender drinks and nonalcoholic beers. At the center of this space, straight ahead is a mechanical bull upon a platform, with inflated walls and floor. There's someone to run that. There's another 2 areas to the left with several round tables for 20-40 others. Then there's the stuff for kids and more kids. Every kind of game for 2-12 yo kids, from little Jenga blocks, small & big trucks & excavators, playgrounds lg and sm, just all kinds of stuff everywhere, along with little picnic tables and small tables & chairs. Finally, at the back of the property are the animals. By the way the food is fantastic and not expensive and there's a menu for dogs too! Almost forgot, pups are welcome. Just 50' off of Krome Avenue immediately after 208th St. Check the hours first.

From the moment you walk through the threshold the staff was very very friendly and so helpful. They were very willing to explain the idea of the place. I loved that they had such a great Green Nursery vibe, they do sell the plants, delicious food for sale and they have animals to go View and hang out with in the back. I got the pleasure of having a passion fruit and mango smoothie reminded me of one I had in Thailand which is a big deal cuz I have yet to have found something similar. I got my breakfast and Cuban food craving fix taking care of there. The coffee both hot and ice were absolutely delicious and satisfying. The only thing I can say is when you drive in parking seems to be very bleak. But there's plenty of parking behind in a parking lot. Overall I would give this please a 5 out of 5 stars everything from Food Service ambiance and the plants were absolutely stunning. Next time I go visit Miami that will definitely have to be a trip on my agenda.

This is like El Palacio de Jugós, but better because you can eat with AC. There are also some outdoor tables, if you prefer. I have visited twice this week. On my first visit, I ate the small completa with pork, white rice, red beans and yucca. Everything was packaged well and there was a bigger completa if you are more hungry. My friend had the pizza, but there was a 30 minute wait and well worth it. There is nothing like a Cuban pizza. On my second visit, I tried the frita which comes with lettuce, tomato and ketchup. What?! I changed that to just cheese and onions with papita Julianna. Well, they come with potato sticks, but it worked. The frita was very flavorful. Not the kind I'm used to, but I didn't find anything wrong with it. It was great! I had to get a guarapo (sugar cane drink) and that was delicious! The place has a special for the day and lots of sandwiches, shakes and foods to try. I asked if they have a cantina option and was told to look for it in their website. Overall, this place is a gem. I loved everything about it including the music in the parking lot. I plan to return as much as I can.

They ran out of the Saturday special but they honored it anyways with the price. The veggies were not hot which made them not taste great. But the Vaca Frita and rice were well seasoned, warm, and authentic tasting. It was a great meal and kept me full though dinner. A solid spot whenever you're in the area for Cuban food. We sat on the patio since we had our dog and the ambiance is chill. Very causal and relaxed. You order at the counter. No issues parking as they have a private lot.
