The beer that Steve and I had was the Red Band which is a lager which I enjoy the majority of the time. Flavors to find with hopefully fun involved are malty, sweet (a natural sweetness probably from the flaked corn involved), hoppy, crisp and clean in the finish. Typical for this beer type it was light bodied also. Swag was indeed purchased here as I knew the likelihood of this happening was high and I got a very nifty t-shirt from the transaction.

My husband also tried two beers, the Millennial Haze and Swirl of Particulates (pictured), and gave both a thumbs up. The setup is casual and easygoing: you seat yourself, order drinks at the bar, and food at a separate counter. They give you a pager for the food and you pick it up at a window. They have a full bar in the event you are not a beer drinker. The staff is friendly and helpful. The brewery is so popular it is often hard to find a spot to park. Their lot is usually full and we have to park around back and walk. When we were there one person parked his SUV on the grass between tables and the patio. Staff made an announcement that he had to move. In addition there were so many small children running around. One boy was climbing on the railing and my seat. His parents were not watching him. It happened multiple times. Sibling Revelry advertises a family friendly environment, but some parents are not watching their children. I would definitely choose another brewery with a more laid back feel and less commotion.

It seemed like a risky choice but it is in the top risotto favors I've ever had. I was shocked at how fantastic it was. The egg roll burger was a special, that was also so good. We sat indoors at one of the high-top tables across from the bar, and the atmosphere was very open and welcoming. They also have a really nice outdoor patio that looked like a great summer spot. My husband sampled a couple of their beers, including the Sunny & 60 hazy IPA and the Blood Brothers blood orange beer, both of which he really enjoyed. For dinner, I ordered the 12-inch Italian hoagie, which was huge and came with house-made chips and a delicious French onion dip. My husband chose the Black-n-Blue Burger with truffle fries, and my older son ordered the bacon double cheeseburger with regular fries. My youngest son went with the pan-seared salmon dinner, served with green bean casserole and risotto. Our server, Anthony, asked if he'd like a Caesar salad before his meal arrived, and we're glad he did because it was outstanding! The food was excellent across the board, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. What really made the experience stand out, though, was our server Anthony. Since it was our first visit, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, offered recommendations, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down.
