I found LG on a search looking to clean up my beard and touch up my hair for a dinner and an event. It was short notice, and my Bespoke experience began before I even arrived. There arose a scheduling issue that he worked personally with me from jump to accommodate my schedule. Check. I arrived and was greeted warmly, escorted to his private studio, and we sat and chatted about what I was looking for. I'm a newbie when it comes to facial hair, and struggled with how to describe my intended look. No problem. LG took the extra time to ensure he could envision what result I was seeing in my head. He cared solely about me. Check. We began and found some areas of life experience we shared and chatted about those in a very casual but real sense. It wasn't small talk. He genuinely cares. And you feel it. Check. What seemed like a very short time later he was done, and I have never been happier with the results in my life and I'm 50! Check. Getting this type of service is new to me, a gift to myself for turning 50. And it was the best gift I could have chosen. When you're ready for a legit barber experience with a true professional and gentleman of the highest standards, LG is your man! I feel like I went in for just a service and came out with a friend. Bookings made online are not honored…read more I made a booking via the Roosters app for 6:30 pm and showed up at 6:32pm to be told that my booking was not in the system and to try again tomorrow. I checked my email to find a cancellation email timestamped 6:30pm. This a breach of customer trust. The problem was pushed back to me to solve. So, I am solving by never returning after more than four years of going here. I have no time to play the "system says" games made even more frustrating when the issue is turned back on the customer who apparently imagined this all up despite the confirmation and cancellation emails.
