I did a little more digging and found they didn't have any Yelp reviews (til now!) but had 7 really good Google reviews so I gave them a call. Bethany, the (sister) office manager, answered right away and was super friendly. She set me up with an appointment with Michael, the (brother) estimator, to come and take a look at the damage, as the basketball goal appeared to have damaged the frame of the window in the tumble. Michael showed up on time and checked out the damage and gave me a few options--ranging from the cheapest fix to more energy-efficient upgrades. While we were chatting, he mentioned we might even qualify for a rebate from the state if we decide to upgrade all the windows in the house- sounded a bit too good to be true but checking into it I actually found I could benefit so I'm looking into that separately- I can update the review if I move ahead and find out more. They fixed the broken window with a temporary fix while we get the new ones installed which was nice. I recommend you give them a try.

But the entire lower wall around our house had paint completely peeling off. Someone from the company said it was out of warranty but they would fix it because I had argued there was no way this should be doing this- this soon after building. They sent someone out to paint it and here we are maybe 6 months later and it's completely peeling again. So either they use cheap supplies or have poor workmanship. There's not really any in between at this point. Oh and our well that is about 3 years old now goes off about once a week or twice a week because apparently they used the cheapest well system as well. I understand we live in a world about profits but when you are paying 800k-1 million dollars for a home workmanship and quality needs to come into play.

The same nasty lady leaves a Vm that I must be rescheduled due to an installer calling out sick and all the other jobs were 'solid' so i was chosen to wait yet another week. Once again, when I questioned her then expressed my opinion about having to wait another week, this woman reared her edgy entitled attitude. I certainly don't appreciate this nor do I feel it's appropriate considering I'm the paying customer and she's the one with the problem delivering what I paid for. Do I want to deal with this person in the future or would I recommend them as having wonderful phone skills ? No! This experience was extremely unprofessional, irritating and I'm highly offended.

We have hired Roof Kings for 2 jobs over the last couple of years. The first job was in our…read morenew-build home in 2024. We had a large laundry room that had a couple of upper cabinets over the washer and dryer, and a stub for a sink. I wanted to add a full set of upper and lower cabinets, countertop, and working sink, and it all had to match my kitchen. Roof King delivered perfectly. The cabinets are from the same vendor that the builder used (a little challenging as they tend to cater to the builder and not the contractor market), and the exact same countertop style as my kitchen. I love my working sink - the space doubles as my pet room and butler kitchen depending on what I need. In the same job, Roof King added decorative tile for backsplash in my kitchen and a tile accent wall in my wet bar/café space. The tile work was high quality, and we get a lot of compliments on it. They did a great job of keeping the space clean during construction, and final clean at the end. The workers were very considerate and accommodating to requests. In 2025, we hired Roof Kings to replace the roof of my mother's Prescott home. They gave us a very reasonable price for a 35-year-old tile roof. The workers were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up amazingly well each evening. They had to navigate tile replacement when the original manufacturer was no longer in business. Fortunately, they had stored away the same style tiles from previous jobs that were able to be utilized (with some paint to better match the existing tile) - made the job a little more challenging for sure!
