Apodaca's gave me a quote for a dual pane window back in April 2025 of Approx $586 after coming out to take measurements. I said no thanks and continued to search for reasonable pricing. Went with someone else who did the job for $400. I received an invoice via email in June for $586, I immediately responded questioning why an invoice was sent and informing no job had been completed. 8 MONTHS later (today) December 2nd, 2025, someone called me attempting to collect payment. 10/28/22 Apodaca's glass gave me a quote for a window repair. They charged me a deposit of 50% to set the appointment. On 11/17/22 they came out and "completed" the work... turns out they had given me an incomplete quote for the window. The tech they sent out didn't have the common sense to bring it up and instead installed brand new glass on a broken frame. They called me the next day to ask for the rest of the payment and I explained that the work they did was not acceptable and they assured me they'd send someone out to quote me for the complete repair. We set an appointment for a few days later. To no one's surprise, the tech did not show up to quote me. I decided it wasn't worth my time and left it at that. MONTHS later, some dude calls me trying to collect the other half of the payment. I explain to him the whole situation, and he apologized and said they would have someone out to complete the quote this time, we set an appointment, and someone actually came out, but their terrible service doesn't stop there. For the next few weeks, I had people from Apodacas calling me, asking me when I would like to schedule the appointment. I told every single person that called me that I never received a quote. Every single person I spoke to confirmed my email and phone number and then told me they would get it sent out. The last person I spoke to was a lady a few weeks ago asking me the same exact thing. I once again reiterated that nobody has sent me a quote and explained to her the situation. she apologized and said that she was going to reach out to management and see if they could cover the work because of the inconvenience. As I mentioned before this was weeks ago. I have had no email or phone communication and at this point, I never want to hear from them again. Loved that they replaced my glass door fast. Out of lot of places that I called they were the only ones to be able to come out for measurements very next day and replaced my glass within the 4th day. Most places take a few days just to show up for measurement, then few more days to order the glass and then they schedule you for replacement. Plus, they did a great job of replacing the glass. Clean and knowledgeable. The only thing I was not happy about is that they are not really good at communicating when they are going to show up for the work. I seriously wish I would have read some of these reviews before hiring these guys. ZERO communication for months. It literally took 6 months to get 1 window installed. Then as soon as it was done they called me THREE times in 2 days for payment. Do you understand that I had to call this company i would estimate 12 times within 6 months to understand what was happening with our window and it was like pulling teeth and then they had the balls to call me multiple times for payment. I called to speak to the owner and then missed his call when he called back. I honestly did not have the energy to not pay the bill in a timely manner because this lousy company seems like the type that would send me to collections. I do not recommend at all. read more

Great company to do business with! They installed two frosted side lights for privacy that replaced the original clear ones. They measured, we picked a style of frosted glass. A week later they installed them. Took about 40 mins to remove the old glass and install the new ones. They were able to remove the old glass and install the new glass right into the original frames so there was no surrounding damage. YES! Not a scratch on anything, including the frames. No need to paint, etc. They always came on time, were respectful, and called ahead to say they were on the way. Best of all, they were lower priced than two other glass companies. Great quality too. After getting several quotes for a new window, many that were 3x more expensive than Apodaca's I have to say for the value and price it's well worth it. There were some office issues in terms of scheduling. On my appointment day there was no record of it and it eventually got sorted out but they also went above and beyond and came back after the installation to make sure the window install was to my liking and clean as I wasn't aware of how I could do so and it's 20 feet up. Definitely give them a call for a quote. read more

Bizarre experience with this company. In January 2020 they replaced a broken window in my house with zero issue. Then I had them come back out in August 2020 to look at a defective window to get a quote. A gentleman arrived at the time he said he would for the quote, took measurements and even repaired another window frame for me while he was there. As he was leaving he told me I would get a quote within 24 hours on the window that needed to be replaced. Never heard from the company, I reached out 2 days later and the company had no record of the employee coming to my house or even had my measurements anymore. So, they requested to come back out to re-measure my window during a 3 hour time frame the next day. I waited at the house for 3 hours, they never arrived. Called them back after the no show and they told me "we have you scheduled for the next day during this 3 hour time frame". Ok that's not what I was told over the phone the day prior?? So next day comes and again, waited 3 hours for them to come out for a re-measurement, no showed. I was giving them the benefit of doubt since I had a good experience months ago. Apparently they showed up today (2 days after they told me they would during a random time frame) and I wasn't home. Seems like they've got some scheduling issues to work out. I don't like my time being wasted, so I have to give them a thumbs down. Hope they can work out the kinks in their scheduling. read more

Asked for a quote to reseal and re-caulk a stained glass window over my front door. Got a quote from an Spodaca technician who said this was a very simple job and I was told to expect a call in 3-5 days. Then...... crickets for weeks! When I called Oscar, he put me off to a cluelsss young lady who claimed she couldn't find the quote and tried to blow me off. Finally Oscar told me they didn't want to do the job because.....well. he never said. I asked why they didn't call me to tell me this and he just said "sorry", but we may have tried. Not sure. As time went on, I noticed a Apodaca's work truck at my neighbors house across the street, I ran out and approached the employee about giving me a quote. He came right over, measured and called the owner Hector. Instantly I received a quote for 50% less than what the other companies had quoted me. So glad that I waited and it must have been " meant to be". A week later, I received a call to bring the new window and install. This has not been a great experience so maybe I just got a horrible sales person. My 81 yr aunt ordered 3 pieces of glass in early March at a cost of just under $1,500.00. The order was.paid in FULL the day the estimate was received.. After a minimum of 6 outgoing calls, 2 of 3 pieces were installed in June. I was told the 3rd piece was expected on that very day and might be installed the next day too. It wasn't. 2 wks later when I called to followup, I was told it was delivered. After 30 mins on hold, surprisingly it wasn't delivered but was expected to be received by the vendor that day (again) A wk later I called to followup again and was told it had just come in and would be installed the following Monday. The installer arrived at my aunts home and was let in by the housekeeper. A piece of glass was left on a chair next to the small table it was supposed to be installed into. Left on the chair because it didn't fit! I called that day when I found out what had been done. I was told they would look into it and get back with me. Surprise...they didnt. I called yesterday and without having to provide my name they knew why I was calling and said someone would come to her home today to rectify the problem. I'm so over this and could and would not ever recommend this company to anyone. I asked for a refund of the piece when it didn't come with the other 2 but being assured the "glass was in the mail" accepted that as truth. Who does business like this?
