Generally we are happy with Louis and his ability to get the job measured, quoted and glass installed within 10 days. He did hit the wood entry door with a ladder and caused a little bit of damage. Would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the door damage. They were working too fast. He's offered to repair or replace the door as necessary. They needed to be prompted a little to make sure the inside and outside glass panes were clean after the installation. Due to a landscaper incident, my front glass window was broken. I used Yelp projects to solicit vendors to replace the glass. A lot of the companies were unable to bid as I was just replacing the glass and not the window itself. Louis from Vista View, though, was able to assist and we made an appointment for that Saturday. He texted that he was on his way and showed up promptly at the scheduled time. I had a quote from him as promised on Monday. My only issue was the lead time to get the glass itself as it took a bit of time (just over 2 weeks) but that was not under Vista View's control (and would be the same issue for other companies).
