Gave us a 2-hour window for the repair man to arrive. Repairman, Kaleb, showed up ON TIME, with a call letting us know he was on his way. KALEB KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!! Mr. Garcia's quote was a fraction of the one I'd previously received. The windows would be just as nice and of similar quality, i.e. dual pane/LoE. Every supplier and material is delayed, especially the big ones, so I knew I would need to be patient. Again, it was worth giving Garcia's a shot. They were communicative and courteous every step of the way. The day of install they were efficient and cleaned up like they hadn't been there , except for my beautiful, new energy efficient windows!

Every time I tried to contact them I never got a hold of anybody at the office. I text the tech and they would respond a day or two later. Over a month later, when we finally got on the schedule for the window to be installed big surprise a tech called out and they pushed us back another week so in all we waited almost 5 weeks for the window to be installed. That being said they finally came out and the window is fixed so I guess if you aren't in a hurry or timeline then go with them.

The appointment time came and I did think it odd that I didn't get a reminder text/call but I started waiting for the tech to show up and about 20 mins after their scheduled arrival I called and they didn't have record of my appointment. They said they would look into it and contact me back. They called about 30 minutes later to say they never had an appointment listed but their tech could come out in the afternoon. Luckily I work from home so I said that would work. When the tech showed up he said he was new and forgot to put my name on the appointment book but confirmed it was him that I originally talked to. He did his measurements and said he would get right back to me with the quotes. That was on Friday -- I did finally hear back from him on Monday afternoon. The quote is pretty competitive but since I didn't hear right back from him I am getting a couple of more quotes now. I will update my review if I decided to go with Roadrunner but so far not that impressed.

when my 30 y.o. dome skylites began leaking in 4/2024,i hired freelite inc. to replace them.in…read more10/2025 the new skylites leaked staining the ceiling and rug below. both the owner and installer insisted it was my roof. they tried to upsell me rather than stand behind their under warranty product. the condensation was between the 2 plastic dome layers. 3 months later installer tony arrived to install the new ones. he was hostile, extremely rude refusing to even talk to me. i asked him to leave and leave the skylites behind uninstalled. They are not a reputable company.
