Our tour included 2 zip lines, so enough to fulfill the need to fly but not hours of zip-lines back-to-back. Was clear, informative, and helped us know what to expect, how skilled the team is, and how best to enjoy ourselves. The guides for our waterfall trip were fantastic. Ryan and Cousin Giggles are careful but fun. We felt really safe no matter how crazy the ride got, we knew from minute one Ryan knew his stuff, and that let us trust him and ourselves to just have a blast. Both Ryan and Giggles shared tons of great info and personal anecdotes. It added to the adventure even more. Grateful for their sharing bits of themselves with us. The ride itself was epic. The 9 teenagers in our group said it was a highlight of their trip! Captain Jan and Colleen were very knowledgeable and friendly. They catered to what our group wanted to do. I sat behind the pilot and DID NOT get many photos of the waterfalls as he catered to the front and otherside of the helicopter never flying where we could take a good photo of all the waterfalls, had to reach over people to get 2 pictures of the waterfalls. When we landed I told him and he said "Well do you want to go back?" Isaid yes I do. I called and complained they said they would look into it and get back to me. Also for people with long legs it was SUPER uncomfortable, packed in the helicopter like sardines. Would not recommend at this point. Heard so many great reviews from other people that took helicopter rides from different companies.
