We booked the 5 Star Circle Island with Pearl Harbor Tour and it was a great way to see the…read moremajority of the island all in one day. We started off at Pearl Harbor where we got to check out the vistors center and the Arizona Memorial. We then headed out to the Dole Pineapple Plantation where we got to take a tram tour and shop at the gift shop where we bought some amazing Dole Whips. We then headed up to the North Shore and our driver Charlie allowed us to get out and take some amazing pictures at the beach. We then went to Marriott for lunch were we also got to learn Hula from a "kumu hula" and that was really fun. We also checked out the Polynesian Cultural Center and did a canoe ride there, made stops at some of the famous lookout points like Pali Lookout, Hanauma Bay, Halona Blowhole and the Diamond Head Crater. The bus was comfortable with air condition and leather seats and our driver Charlie was super friendly and made the 12 hours go by quickly with all of his great stories and knowledge of the island. Our driver and tour guide was Matt he was absolutely amazing, informative and had a good sense of humor. Matt was very prompt in the morning at the scheduled hotel we were supposed to be picked up at 6:10am. He had a couple of sweets for us early in the morning and plenty of water throughout the whole tour. Doing the Hoku tour was so worth the price, it might seem like 11hrs is a long time but believe me the time really flew by, well at least it did for us. They give you enough time to go through the memorials and the museums with plenty of time, Matt even told us where to go first before the crowd got there first. It came in handy too, we had time to go in the Bowfin by ourselves for the first 10mins without a big crowd lol. After we left that's when everyone started coming, so thanks Matt!! We would definitely book future tours with Hoku when we make a return visit.

Still had issues with the vehicles keyfob. Owner was made aware, proceeded to do a vehicle swap for me. 8 MONTHS later I receive an invoice for damage on the keyfob that I did not cause! The garage confirm that I went in the right gate and that the car had left and came back that day at the wrong gate. They then tried to charge me for gas. Again the proof was the mileage and pictures of the full tank of gas didn't match what they had for pick up. They then shared the gas gauge and receipt and it was clear they siphoned out gas at their shop because the pictures they shared of the after inspection were from the shop with nearly a full tank and then at their pump after a difference of 3 miles the car was suddenly down 1/8 a tank. They were extremely difficult through the process. Pick up and the car was fine, the aftermath not so much. I gave them good reviews in Turo too soon. Never renting from them anywhere I go.

The bartender was quick, we ordered a bunch of food and servers were quick. No complaints there! Just amazing that no one wanted to wait on a guarantee money making hungry and thirsty bunch of people that already had a reservation to their establishment.
