I've never had dip nails done before but my nails have only grown out, with no chipping, cracking, or breaking. The husband and wife owners worked on us and kept us entertained when great conversation the whole time. For reference, I always get a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Here is what I like: - I make an appointment (usually 1-3 days ahead of time). I show up and they start working on my nails right away. No waiting. - They offer complimentary beverage service. - They have an INCREDIBLE selection of colors to choose from. - My nails always look fire and always hold up very well. - The nail techs always get my nails done in a timely fashion. If I am getting both services done, I am usually out of there in 1.5-2 hours. If I am getting one service done, it's usually about 45 minutes.   The only thing that I wish they could do is work on my fingers and toes at the same time. I'm all about efficiency and as much as I would love to just unwind and sit in the nail salon for hours at a time, the reality is I usually need to get in and out of there as quickly as possible.
