5 of us flew to Oahu, but we all had things to do in the morning. Around noon it was suggested to get a massage. We called around and Eden happily accommodate 5 of us with a 70 min massage package. 3 of the 5 have never had Full Body massages before. They LOVED it. The people were very nice but the space was very small and smelled like cigarettes. There was mold on the walls. The massage felt very mechanical and not a technique for relaxation. I wanted two separate massages but it was assumed that because I showed up with my husband that we wanted a couples massage. When they left the room for us to undress, they took at least 10 minutes to come back to start our massage. The ghetto A/C unit in the wall had a hose running from it down the wall into a dirty bucket. It was a bit chilly. Do not upgrade to the sauna or soak bath. The sauna was a small unit practically set up in a closet. My husband said the soak tub was ok but nothing special. I feel bad giving a bad review but it wasn't what I expected for the price. We were told and 80 minutes massage with sauna or soak. It was a 60 minutes massage with 20 min sauna or soak. read more

When asked where it's sore , I didn't get much treatment in them areas. My massage never got better throughout the massage she seems as it was a race, it was definitely 5 out of 10. My husband said his was just okay. The bath I do not recommended to anyone it was cold, I tried to turn the water on hot never got hot and seems as it wasn't no milk in the bath neither. Found this massage spot via Groupon but called and they honored the same price. I prefer to keep the money in small business hands so happy to help. Location is a bit tucked in but they give you clear directions and images of how to find the place. Check in was smooth. Except they hit you with a bunch of add ons if you want so you have to stand firm if you don't want them. We were also quoted one price and price changed by the end of the massage. The lady that checked us in said she would only charge $10 for some of the added services but her colleagues the ladies that actually gave us the massage did not know that or honor the pricing so we ended up paying nearly $100 too much. And an extra $30 that we didn't intend for tip because they were both talking and I handed cash while the other took card but because everyone was talking we weren't able to properly coordinate for the right amount that was actually due. Another client ended up walking in.. actually looked like this completely homeless guy which was a bit sketch too. So we were a bit rushed trying to close out. What we did like is that the place is clean, guests remove their shoes at the door. And although the room wasn't set up for maximum effect they do have bars across the top of the room we were in that would help the staff to walk across your back and such. However the layout is rough because AC is blasting you can get cold and with it on it helps drown out the noise from the rooms nearby. My teeth started chattering and they turned the AC off.. but there was a guy in the next room and he wasn't speaking extra loud or anything but he was definitely a talkative fella and with silence everywhere else it just was not relaxing at all. Our massages were side by side in the same room and my therapist stayed with me the whole time but my friends therapist kept leaving the room and almost seemed to be training the other so it was a lot of unwanted talking between our therapists and a bit too much neglect in leaving the room for various things to use during our treatment. Really should be prepped prior or in the same room where we are placed - that's the point of having an appointment. Not sure I'd try them again with all the inconsistencies but my therapist was great and although tiny she through her whole self into my massage which was greatly appreciated. read more

I ran the 2023 Honolulu Marathon today so me and my wife went for a couple massage. We have been to this place before and enjoy a couple massage a few times. They do have their own parking lot so parking is pretty easy. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lady but because of some confusion, we waited for 10 minutes before our massage session started. They gave us a cup of water to drink and asked if we need to use the bathroom before we start. Inside our room, it was nicely decorated, and they play some spa like music, it was a very relaxing atmosphere . The room temperature was just right, not too hot and not to cold. Summer and Lisa were the masseuses helping us today. Summer always checks with my wife and asked about how she is doing and if she applies enough pressure during the massage. I told my masseuse that I ran a marathon today and asked her to focus on my leg and she did. We did the 70 minutes couple massage. During the massage they placed some hot stones on our back which feel very good. They also massage our back with the hot stone and oil. Overall, we had a very nice massage experience. The only one thing that I wanna bring up is, it seems like the wall between the rooms are very thin. I can hear the customer next-door talking the entire time. They open till 11pm, go check this place out and enjoy some massage with the friendly staffs. read more

I came here with my boyfriend for a couple massage for the first time. We both have different experiences with our masseuse. He had someone who appears to know what she is doing and is experienced. He really enjoyed his massage. I had someone who appears to be new/ untrained and did not know what she was doing most of the time. Given we were all in the same room, my masseuse would ask the other masseuse how to execute the massage and the other services we ordered. She did not know the service we ordered: hot stone and foot scrub and did not know how to perform them. It was unprofessional to me how the masseuses had idea what service you ordered. Also, both masseuse were doing completely different massage routines so the pace of the massage were different and out of unity. May is amazing. Second time I went there for May. My friend told me I should see her if I have tight muscles - she'll get it out. It was literally - so good, it hurt. She is strong, applied stretches and pressure in the right places to hit my knots, and it felt great. Don't go here- total scam! They told me not to buy the Groupon and that they would honor the price. Instead, they were trying to hustle for business and did not honor the price after we took the time to come here to support local. Wow.... Very satisfied with our massage! The ladies had firm hands and really dug out our knots. This is the first massage I felt really loosened me up. We did the couple massage, bath soak and sauna! The place is very clean and cute! The staff are extremely nice and really go out of the way to make sure you have a good experience.
