Located in the Easy Music Center Building, on the 10th floor. Restrooms on the same floor, closest to the elevator, need key access in which the keys are hanging on the receptionist desk. Red for women, blue for men. The treatment room itself is quaint, clean and just the right temperature. As for Joyce's massages, she has very strong hands and I'm a fan! Although I came in for a facial, there was a moment when she massaged my shoulders, neck and arms. And come to find out she does Korean, Thai, Swedish, and Lomi Lomi massages too! Of course, everyone has their own preferences, but for me, her sessions are the perfect balance of relaxation and care for my body. Afterward, I'm always greeted with tea, which as a tea drinker I really enjoy -- it feels like the cherry on top of a great experience. Parking is another plus. Grace, who I believe assists with scheduling, was very friendly and responsive through text and answered all my questions before scheduling the appt. Nothing is more relaxing than getting a facial. You can do online booking and pay via PayPal. Joyce was very accommodating as I don't have a PayPal account and she was able to book for me after texting the number on the site. After you book there is an email reminder of your appointment and a separate one listing what type of treatment you be getting and how to prepare for the appointment. It's located in the interstate building. Depending on your appointment time you can do street meter parking or park in the structure. Joyce validates parking for you. On the site is seems like she is open MON-SAT from 9-6pm so there is good availability if she is not booked. Inside was very clean and spacious. Joyce will have a look at your skin and you can let her know you skin concerns before starting. She'd let you know what type of steps she was taking and show you what products she would use. The lymphatic massage and gua sha felt so good. Very nice firm massage through out the treatment. I kind of fell asleep because it was so relaxing. My skin felt very clean and hydrated after the appointment. She also does recommendations after the appointment if you're interested. I think I'll come back for the PICO laser treatment. The price is very good and hard to find in Hawaii. I hope it stays that way. I highly recommend checking this place out. Good massage and enjoyable, but something that rubbed me the wrong way was that I was essentially forced to tip a certain amount, and that made me a bit uncomfortable. I came here for my anniversary and decided to tip because I was feeling generous. It's my understanding that these types of establishments set their own prices, so not tipping should be just fine, and if you choose to tip, that amount should be at the client's discretion. Basically, tipping for these types of services, especially when the business owner who performed my service is setting their own prices, is optional. So when I decided to tip and was essentially forced to tip double the amount because "that's the expected tip based on a percentage of the total cost of the couple's massage," it just felt icky to me. Good service, but not anything that blew me out of the water to justify the business owner asking for more money. UPDATE - Wanted to give a response to their reply below: Thank you for your response, but I feel this misses my main concern. Regardless of whether gratuity is factored into your prices, and regardless of "industry standards," tipping is discretionary, not mandatory. The fact that I was told my tip amount was "under the standard" and was then expected to increase it is the issue. That kind of pressure is not normal or acceptable in any industry, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. Customers should never be made to feel obligated to tip more than they initially chose, especially when the business owner sets the service prices themselves. read more

Right as I walked out of the elevator, I could smell the fresh lemon scent from the office and knew it was going to be a great. Joyce and her receptionist were so welcoming. I got the 1 hour korean facial. I really liked that Joyce sends an email before the appointment to explain what she will do and parking instructions!
