Their marketing staff Carla is great, responsive and creative. Their designs and graphics of post cards, factsheets are nice that captured me to try their company. What a disappointment with their escrow officers. In the beginning I used Jeffrey Lee escrow officer, he is non communicative person, not even called my seller to answer questions and failed to copy me a document that my seller scanned to him. I asked him why, and his response was he was busy and forgot. I was direct with him that don't let this happen again. Next he called me back saying that he was unable to respond to me or my client as I expected. So I changed escrow officer per Carla's recommendation to work with Relly Hirokawa. She was not communicative neither, when I asked her to call my client because he had a question regarding an email from her title department she said to me " we don't normally call Realtor's clients" what the heck? She didn't return my call several times. Only negative from the start. Unfortunately my transaction over $1M failed out of escrow. Not one call from Relly to show some empathy, only sent us cancellation letter for my client to sign. Days after, my transaction coordinator found out that Relly did not get final documents signed by buyers. Only when I reached out and asked her. Overall, after trying 2 of their escrow officers I realize they have "chip in their shoulders" and not very responsive and not keeping communication flowing. They are cold and uncaring. Too bad, they just lost a good Real Estate Broker who would given them a lot of business.
