I appreciate the ease of movement and moisture-wicking material which makes it really good for optimum running motion. I was satisfied with my shirt and shorts I got. Will definitely be using these for my runs. I mostly knew Patagonia for being popular with tourists for the shirt that has Patagonia Honolulu on it but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their workout gear.

And we have a store here in Hawaii too--located along Ward Ave between Waimanu and Kawaiahao Street with plenty of unshaded parking. The inside is very open, clean, cool, and comfortable. Everything was quite organized and each section was spacious. The first time I came here I couldn't really understand how most of the clothes aren't even for Hawaii weather..... or Hawaii pockets.... unless you travel to many places to do winter sports and activities. Funny enough, I received a gift card for Pantagonia shortly after my first visit. Now that I need to actually buy something. I focused on the casual, running/training, ocean activity areas. Needless to say, everything was quite expensive in my opinion. The quality is there and the clothes do feel similar to other brands. Is it worth THAT much though? My co-worker says this place is like the Lululemon for outdoors. Sounds about right. Overall, this store was really nice, cool, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything really organized. It's quite niche. I guess if I need some ice climbing gear, I'll know where to go. Eventually I got a pair of shorts. Regular price is $135. Thankful for the gift card cause I'm not on THAT level...yet.

Ok ladies and guys needing pickle ball equipment listen up!!!!! This is the place to go!! They have…read morea TON of paddles to choose from and you can DEMO them for $5 for three days and apply that to your purchase within 30 days of rental. * Side note, we were over the 30 days but they still honored the $10 rental fee when my husband purchased his paddle.* Everyone here is super helpfull. There's no pressure to buy anything, they give their honest opinions on PB stuff because they've demo'd some of the paddles. They're tennis players first but have come into the world of PB somewhat lol! ( There's one other guy there that strings rackets that hasn't as of yet, but he's super nice too :-) ). We've been helped by Aaron, Jason and Brent and no complaints at all about their service. Their prices for PB stuff are very reasonable, yes there's Amazon but let's support local businesses, but in all honesty, their prices are very comparable to what you can get online and on Amazon. I've been telling my friends who are just getting into PB like us, to come here. We've purchased paddles, balls and a Head PB net. We also bought a Solinco ball holder and was given a nice discount on it but we ended up retuning it ( still in the box ) and we had no problems with the return. Reason for the return is we're gonna use something else to hold our balls. They have pickle ball shoes too so its definitely a one stop place to get everything you need if your'e stating to play Pickle Ball! Parking can be a little hard cause lots of businesses in this little business center but it's WORTH going here.

They carry a few different brands of pickle ball paddles, pickle ball shoes. They also have demo pickle ball paddles that you can rent for $5 (3 days), I believe you can rent up to four paddles at a time. The money you spent on the demo can use towards the purchase of a paddle within 30 days. (Providing they have it available) I try to buy one paddle at the end of demo, they do not have it in stock. The staff is friendly helpful. Also, the money you spent will turn into points and you can spent it like money towards your purchase. Recommend.

I joined the new Aloha Vintage Base Ball Association this year, which had led me to businesses I…read morenever knew existed. This is one of them, and boy is it cool. This store focuses on baseball equipment and apparel, including shoes, but also has a full indoor area for batting and pitching practice. They have a few dedicated stalls right outside up the ramp, ring bell to be let in. They have jerseys, cleats, gloves, belts, training gear, bats, balls, and anything else you could need. If they don't have the exact thing in stock, they can order it. The associate Ella working that day was very friendly and immediately helpful to find what I needed. I purchased shoes and a belt; they had just the sizes I needed and she was patient to help me find just the right things. I thought their prices were reasonable, plus it's great to support a local business over ordering online and potentially not getting what you need on time. I'd love to come back and check out the cages sometime soon. If you're a baseball fan or need equipment for school or community leagues, this is a great spot!

But there's more! there are batting cages that you can rent or have some hitting time. We usually come here for the boy to hit with Coach Jamie Ahu. Yeah, that Jamie Ahu from UH time. He has three teenage boys that are awesome baseball players. Anyway, the boy practices his hitting with Coach Jamie and most of the time, I am watching him hit. It gets really noisy in the batting cages. My watch tells me that it's too loud! There are screens up that would say where the ball potentially goes depending on how it is hit. It's pretty cool. Anyway, the batting cages make up a good portion of this space. The other portion is the store. The cashier is towards the back. Don't worry, they have to let you in if you are gonna buy something or even look around. I think the prices are fair. But I am not always buying pants, bats, or gloves. If you are a serious ball player, you must come here at least once to check this place out.
