Luckily for me, a UPS Store was nearby, as it was just a hop, skip, & jump away from the local bank, so instead of lugging all the gear back to town, I elected to stop by this UPS Store. Upon walking up to the business, I could clearly see some people against the entrance door area, therefore I knew they were busy. Instead of turning away, I decided to brave the long line & get my boxes shipped out. To my surprise, although they were very busy with only two store representatives working, I must say both workers were very efficient & professional! The anticipated long wait, turned out to be a very short wait, and the two representatives cleared the line in lightening speed! What a pleasant surprise!!!! They lose your packages…read more I took 2 priority envelopes that I paid an upgraded fee for certified on Thursday from one post office. It was send to distribution center and back to the servicing branch which is Ewa Beach. Tracking says it was out for delivery the next day. It didn't end up being delivered and said it should be the next day. No further update. So I go to the post office and Ryan was helpful trying to look everywhere for the two envelopes. Even said she would give them back to me. She checked with her Lead Josh who I hear saying that delivery times are not guaranteed. One job here. Get mail delivered on time. I get issues with weather but we are on an island, and how do both envelopes have the exact same thing happen to them? Just needed my legal documents to get there when the expected date that was stamped on the certified ticket that was given to me. I could have taken to FedEx and had no issue, probably even paid less than I did. Such a waste of my time and money. No I just have to wait until they find them, if they do.
