Excuses such as it's hot out (yes I'm not kidding, one company said that), or they can't find any workers to commit to a day. Luckily, I contacted GS Cleaning Services, mind you this was around 1pm, requesting a last minute cleaning for the next day (Monday) because my original cleaner couldn't commit. Glorey definitely saved my day as I had my scheduled carpet cleaning the following day, that would eventually screw my time line and shift everything left. Without hesitation, she agreed to be there on Monday with her team. They did a great job and cleaned placed that i was concerned about. They said they would, but found out items were still inside. They were able to accommodate us and moved their schedule around to clean our house the very next day. They were a little late because of traffic, but all is forgiven because of the last minute schedule and they gave us a courtesy call. Which I appreciated. It was a two person crew and they did an awesome job! We had a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, den, kitchen and living room. It was done fairly quickly, and everything was clean and spotless after. Did I mention that they will take your money before they do the actual service and then tell you that they cannot refund you. Also visit their actual website and check on their packages and pay close attention to what they tell over the phone. Pay close attention to their basic package vs what they'll call a "mobile package" that does not include cleaning furniture such as lamp and living room tables. Then check out their Basic package that includes those services that costs a lot less. The services on the so called mobile package charges $300 compared to Basic package which less than $300.
