Chicken is tasty, high quality meat, no doubt. If you like it spicy, every level moves up by one: mild is nothing, medium is mild, hot is medium. I got medium today, for my whiteness! but believe me, you can do hot. The slaw makes everything better, so highly suggest the sandwich or bowl over the tenders. Sauce is pretty minimal; two cups for the tenders (instead of one) and one for the sandwich (vs. zero...) might be a good call. My main issue was our service today: we showed up for a lunch event (7/18) and got a sandwich, tenders, and cheese curds. Now I know a little about food trucks, so explain why FOUR other customers got their food before ours? Seemed like a pretty straightforward order, so I would expect it to come out more or less in sequence. Since it didn't, something pretty clearly got messed up along the way. Now, did we wait forever? No - but some recognition of the wait would be nice; looked like the owner running things today, so some awareness and customer service would go a long way.
