You get a buzzer to let you know when to go up and get your food. Service: They had two registers open, and the staff was nice. They do not have online ordering available yet which is really inconvenient considering since they don't have a waiting area. It also is kind of gross that people are sitting at the dine-in tables waiting for carry out with their purses/bags/drinks set on the tables and then the tables aren't cleaned after people are sitting at them. I had 6 groups of people ahead of me who had ordered and it took me about 20ish minutes to get my food. I think once they have online ordering this might eliminate those waits and the crowds. They also ask for a tip at the register...when you're the one who gets your food at the counter and are most likely not eating there? I wish these places would just PAY their employees a decent wage so they don't automatically ask for a tip (I think the lowest option was 10%).
