Flavored juices sold as margaritas. They're very sweet and don't have the base for actual margaritas. We just came here to have drinks. The server was nice but the drinks were not what you expect when ordering margaritas. I'm giving 3 stars because I assume the food would've been better solely based on the photos

Good vibes, great service! Seating a limited so come earlier than lunch and earlier than dinner. I think I'd have to go again to get a better idea of quality of food. The guac was really good!

After a long day of work, I needed takeout and a beer. Stopped by here and I didn't regret it. I sat for a beer at the bar and then ordered some tacos to go. The beer was good! Not as hoppy as I'd expect from an IPA but refreshing The tacos were incredible. My favorite was the barbacola and the swordfish tacos. Pleasant surprise all around.

Did not have high expectations for a taco joint in Green Bay, WI but here we are, the tacos were great. I would characterize Vintage as a hip, local taco joint in the heart of Green Bay. Small location with a full bar available. Nice ambiance. As for the food, sampled a variety of tacos as well as their Nacho's 2.0 and the guacamole plate. For tacos, I tried the Chicago Asada, Brat Favre, Barbacola, and the Dirty Bird. Nachos were great with a combo of braised pork, chicken and beef topped with guacamole, queso and pick de gallo. Guacamole was solid but admittedly, I am a guacamole snob. Tacos were really good. Hard to pick a favorite but loved the Brat Favre w/ it's sauerkraut crema and Serrano mustard toppings. Dirty Bird was also a favorite. Asada and Barbacola were both solid tacos. All in all a very pleasant dining experience. Would come here again!

The tacos were unbelievable. They're not traditional tacos, but they are super tasty. Amazing chips and salsa as well. WOW! The only thing that brought down to 4 stars from 5 was the service. Based on other reviews + my experience, it obviously is the theme to have servers that don't have good attitudes. If they tightened up their service, it would be top notch. Truly amazing work coming out of the kitchen! Servers seemed upset that customers were there from the minute we walked in. 5 stars for the chefs, 1 stars for the other staff, but since the food is so great, 4 stars for the restaurant.

Enjoyed a birthday party celebration with our family at this excellent eatery. The nachos starter 2.0 is a must -- actually it's a meal by itself for two people! Great variety of tacos. Many gluten-free options. Very attentive staff that was working very hard to take care of a very full room. Tip: order the limeade

Visited Vintage Cantina to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Obviously knowing it would be very busy. When we arrived we waited in the restaurant over by the bar. We asked the bartender if we could order drinks while standing, very rudely he told us we could not. As time went on people were clearing out and tables were opening, there was huge delay in when people would get sat when the table was opened. As two employees were standing by the food window, while two tables were open I asked the bartender if we could sit at our table. Again, he rudely gave me a mouthy no. Fast forward 10 more minutes and the table was actually ready. The bartender then sat us, threw the menus down and walked away..great way to start an experience. This is one of my favorite places food great, drinks great, ambiance exceptional, but with this whole experience it'll be very hard for me to want to come back. I understand it's hard and frustrating to work when it's a busy night and clearly understaffed, but being in food service that's something you have to deal with. Taking it out on the customers is not the way to go. Very disappointed and hope the next experience is better.

Across-the-board just kicking ass and taking names! The two-man crew running the front of house were definitely in the trenches but refused to get caught in the weeds. What I find most impressive, outside of how absolutely delicious every single taco we tried was, was the focus and execution. A skeleton crew and I'm sure not by design as the Hospitality industry is treading water with the staffing shortage. Quite honestly I would like to boot any reviewer who tries to reduce a score on here due to a place being understaffed because clearly they are on another planet and if they ever comment about it in their review it should be stricken immediately. Off my soap box now! Eat here! It's delicious!

I was really looking forward to come here when I was in DTGRB Maybe living in LA and tasting some of the best, most innovative tacos spoils me- but Vintage Cantina did not live up to the hype The place is very cute and I like their tequila selection Their menu is innovative and everything sounds great, however, I did not think the food was as tasty I tried almost all of their specialty tacos and I think they all need an explosion of flavors Maybe I will try it again in the near future, but for now I will stick to cheese curds

This is an easy review...drinks were watery and need a lot of work. But the food was better than I ever thought to expect. I will admit that when it comes to Mexican food I'm an El Sarape and El Dorado (the best in Green Bay!) supporter. However, Vintage Cantina has a spot in my starting line up. Very inventive menu and each taco had its own unique flavor profile. Sometimes a Mexican food menu like this can become to Tex Mex for my taste or the flavors don't make sense. Every taco we had was delicious. Also the street corn appetizer is a must. I'd eat that off a flip flop! Drinks were nothing special but that will not stop me from coming back.

Whoa whoa whoa. I've been in Green Bay for 5 days and I can easily say I've wasted 9 opportunities to eat here. This place is . The Vintage version of street corn was rich, creamy and had a perfect amount of heat from the sriracha crema. For tacos I went Chicago asada, juicy Lucita, and Barbacola. Each one our doing each other for different reasons. House margarita is delish. As an avid tequila drinker the sauza is a great mixing tequila and the short glass makes it a tolerable amount of booze to mix. Service is friendly and food came out quick. This place is a 6 star.

Ask the Community - Vintage Cantina

    Do they offer takeout?

I would guess so. I have been a few times and ordered things to take home with me.

Are there vegan options? If so, what are they?

Not really for tacos. They had the fried avocado taco which is what I usually get, but I ask for no cheese or sauce. They do have chips and amazing Guac!

Is there a happy hour special?

    No.

Deanna and her team are the real reason my GPS keeps rerouting me back there like it's a rescue mission for my soul (and sweet tooth). Walked in for "just one scoop." Left with a cone taller than my future and a smile so big I had to hold it with both hands. The ice cream? Creamy, dreamy, and possibly churned by angels. Prices? Let's just say I paid less for my sundae than I did for a bottle of water at the gas station. That's sorcery. Delicious, creamy sorcery. Deanna, the mastermind behind this frozen wonderland, is the kind of person who probably gives ice cream to her enemies just to win them over. Her helpers were so friendly and upbeat, I thought I'd wandered into a Disney movie--minus the musical number (although I did hum while eating). Bottom line: Brain Freeze is what would happen if Willy Wonka ditched the chocolate and focused on making the happiest ice cream shop on Earth. 10/10, will absolutely be back... once my taste buds forgive me for the cold snap. P.S. Try the cookie dough. You'll get misty-eyed. It's that good.
