I came in a few days prior to pre-select some pieces for the event for the kids to choose from. When we showed up day of the party, the team was pleasant and let us into the party room a bit early to decorate. I love that you can bring in your own food and drinks. The team member who worked our party was so patient and friendly with all the kids. The kids loved that they could pick out their own piece to paint. Everyone did a great job painting and had a lot of fun. My daughter ended up getting a birthday plate with her handprint and all her guests' fingerprints. It was such a nice memento!
